Ichimi — Restaurant in Miami

Very nice looking restaurant. Clean and cool for the miami weather. The service is also very friendly and fast. For the food, a lot of the ramens came to us warm but not hot, so not even halfway through the bowl they were almost cold already.

Black dragon: black garlic taste is strong and I loved it. They had to use a lot of the black garlic oil to get to that tho so the black garlic dust gave a dust-like texture to the broth. It didn't bother me because I have never tried this type of broth before. I would recommend this. The oiliness also doesnt bother me

Spicy miso: not really spicy extremely salty though, even when my dad added extra noodles.

Curry: Less salty than the miso one but still pretty salty, the curry taste is mild.

Dandan: pretty good, highly recommend on a hot day.

Takoyaki: piping hot, but i like that. Very good!

My fiance found this gem because we were so hungry one day and wanted anything Asian inspired. That's we when we found Ichimi MIA. On my first visit I ordered the ducks and it's by far the best wings I have had in SoFlo. The 5 spice is packed with so much flavor you can't help but lick your hands after eating them. This past weekend we went back and I got the duck wings again. I also got the brisket bao buns which were so soft and succulent. As my entree I got the classic Ichimi Ramen ( tonkotsu) and might I say that broth was delicious. Ramen was perfectly cooked to perfection. I will be back for another visit. If you want hands down good ramen, you MUST go here!!! Their ramen is to die for! You walk in and you get a wonderful atmosphere from the employees and how the shop is set up, you get seated immediately, and they are always there to help! Their menu is also delicious, and the quantity is unimaginable, they fill the bowl up right to the top and it is absolutely full of ramen (and other stuff depending on what you get there). I went there recently in November for my birthday and it made my entire day, one of my friends recommended that I'd go there to try their ramen, so of course I had to give it a shot.
