I recently visited NU Real Food Miami and was impressed by their fresh, organic, and gluten-free approach to dining. The entire menu is made in the moment, ensuring high-quality ingredients and bold flavors. They also offer vegan options, and their cooking process includes a unique charcoal-grilled method that enhances the taste of their dishes.
I started with a cucumber lime basil agave-infused water, which was incredibly refreshing and a great way to begin the meal. I also tried their iced latte, which had a smooth and balanced flavor. One of the standout dishes was the tuna tartare with truffle stracciatella. The combination of flavors was exceptional, making it a must-try for anyone visiting.
Another highlight was the egg benedict waffle. The texture of the waffle was unique, and the overall dish was flavorful and satisfying. For lunch, I had the charcoal-grilled chicken with mixed rice, broccolini, avocado sauce, and mixed greens. The chicken was cooked perfectly, with a smoky, rich taste that paired well with the fresh ingredients.
To finish my meal, I had the yogurt bowl, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t realize how much I would enjoy the texture of pumpkin seeds and pomegranate together. Lastly, I tried their matcha, which was smooth and well-prepared, a great way to wrap up my experience.
NU Real Food Miami offers a well-thought-out menu with quality ingredients, making it an excellent spot for those looking for healthy yet delicious options. The service was friendly, and the ambiance was welcoming. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking fresh, flavorful...

The menu is refreshingly concise while still offering plenty of options. Whether you’re in the mood for a crisp salad, a hearty plate, or something adventurous, Nu Real Food has got you covered.
I recently tried the chicken thigh dish served with roasted sweet potatoes and a mix of quinoa and buckwheat, all on an avocado tahini bed. The flavors were exceptional—especially the chicken, which was perfectly marinated, juicy, and bursting with delightful herby notes. My friend had a similar plate but with a herb yogurt base instead. While I loved my avocado tahini version, the herb yogurt plate elevated the chicken in a completely different way, offering a tangy twist that paired beautifully.
The ambiance exudes Mediterranean, beachy vibes, adding a relaxed, seaside feel to your dining experience. With an excellent price-to-quality ratio, Nu Real Food impresses on all fronts. I can definitely see myself returning again and again for more creative dishes and good times. Overall, every visit feels like a mini getaway, combining superb food with...
Read moreI had high expectations before visiting this restaurant, especially after hearing positive remarks from friends about the food. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet those expectations.
First and foremost, the restaurant seems severely understaffed. The cashier was also serving as a waiter, which significantly affected the overall service. We arrived at 11:30, placed our order at 11:40, and while the food arrived after 20 minutes, our matcha didn’t come until 35 minutes later. The wait for such a simple drink was quite frustrating.
It’s unfortunate because the restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but it’s hard to justify paying premium prices when the service is lacking. While the quality of the food is good, without efficient service, the experience falls flat. It took an additional 10 minutes to get honey for our meal because the staff were overwhelmed, managing long lines and multiple tasks at once.
This seems like an issue with management rather than the hardworking employees, who were clearly doing their best under difficult circumstances. Until the service improves, I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t...
