Mi mas grande mala experiencia en un restaurante en mi vida,creo q pollo tropical tiene mas atension y mejor servicio..... 1hora y 25mnts para entrar...... la cena llego primero,el entrante q era ensalada despues y por si fuera poco trageron otra ensalada en forma de disculpa,y por error la agregan en el bill.....muchos infortunios juntos para una sola noche,,,,decidí pagar y salir corriendo A continuacion les dejo fotos.. decidi probar "short ribs" Y no soy especialista en carnes pero tenia mucho pellejo,a decir verdad tenia buen sabor pero cuando encontraba la carne,los tragos muy buen sabor tambien y repito no soy especialista pero era en muy pequeñas cantidades,,,en fin mis amigos,he leido los comentarios positivos y me alegra que otras personas tuvieran mejor suerte que yo
My biggest bad experience in a restaurant in my life, I think tropical chicken has more atention and better costumer service ..... 1 hour and 25mnts we have to wait for a table.... the dinner arrived first, the entree and the salad later and if it was not enough they brought another salad in the form of an apology, and by mistake they add it in the bill ..... many misfortunes together for a single night ,,,, I decided to pay and run and never come back again 😝😜I left photos next to the text.. I decided to try "short ribs" And I'm not a meat specialist but I had a lot of skin, in fact it tasted good but when I found the meat, the drinks very good taste too and I repeat I am not a specialist but it was in very small quantities, well my friends, I read the positive comments and I'm glad that other people had better luck than me😑

Eu decidi tentar "costelas" E eu não sou um especialista em carne, mas tinha muita pele, na verdade, tinha um gosto bom, mas quando encontrei a carne, as bebidas tinham muito bom gosto e repito que não sou especialista, mas em quantidades muito pequenas, bem meus amigos, eu leio os comentários positivos e eu estou feliz que outras pessoas tiveram melhor sorte do que eu😥😣

I came here for dinner on Christmas night with my fiance and his parents and everyone got something off the menu even though we had such different palettes.
The parents were vegetarian so they got the Vegetable Fried Rice and Truffle Fries to share. The rice came with a fried egg on top which we had to remove because they didn't eat egg but outside of that it was really good. They're usually quite picky eaters but actually really liked this! Fries were amazing as well only wish they had some ketchup to go with.
My fiance ordered the Spanish Octopus with a side of Brussels Sprouts and Sauteed Root Vegetables. I tried some of the octopus and agree that it was really perfectly cooked. I had some bad octopus at a different place recently and this one definitely met my requirements! The sauce it came with was really good as well he also enjoyed the brussel sprouts. I tried some of the carrots and they were flavored really well as well. One downside was that they were really really really oily. I had to press out all the oil using napkins and even ask for a second napkin! Side note: I would not recommend the purple colored carrots in there. They were just too hard and not cooked through like the others.
For myself I got the Salmon Skewer, Grilled Sweet Potato and a side of Broccolini that was on the Christmas special menu. Salmon was perfectly cooked and just so freaky and flavorful. It came with a tomato salsa type mix and an avocado creamer. There wasn't as much avocado and too much salsa which I didn't eat because I don't like tomatoes. Major recommendation here is to squeeze some of that lime juice on the salmon. Takes it to a whole other level! I really love the flavor on the broccolini as well. It was a garlicky one and the vegetable was also just right and tenderly cooked. Also too much oil on this one. I had to press out all of this by squeezing it in a napkin as well.
The highlight here was the grilled sweet potato. Definitely the best thing on the menu I had! So perfectly sweet and perfectly cooked and it came with the maple soy glaze that was just beyond amazing. Everything was just perfect about this one.
We also got the caramelized banana waffle for the table. It was actually just a half waffle with two slices of caramelized banana and Nutella and some vanilla ice cream on top. A bit disappointed by the half waffle but everyone enjoyed the...

One of the most delightful surprises was how Ana transformed something as simple as tap water into an exquisite experience. Upon offering us their water options, she returned with what she called "refreshments" for our water. It was an enchanting arrangement—a veritable bouquet of garnishes like fresh mint, cucumber, lemon and lime, allowing us to customize our water to our liking. This thoughtful touch was a fun and refreshing start to our meal.
Ana took the time to explain Sugarcane's concept to us, her passion shining through as she spoke. Her excitement was contagious; we ended up ordering half the menu! Each dish was a hit, featuring vibrant flavors and impeccable presentation. It's clear that Sugarcane prides itself on quality and creativity.
The drinks deserve a special mention. sugarcane skills in mixology were evident in every drink they crafted for us. Ana expertly paired drinks with our food, enhancing the flavors and making each course a new discovery. Her recommendations were spot-on, elevating our overall dining experience.
By the end of the night, Ana had made such an impact that some of us couldn't resist giving her a heartfelt hug goodbye. Her exceptional service and the superb dining made our visit memorable. It's not often you find a place that excels in every category, but Sugarcane did just that.
