On the 17th of December, I visited the new Sandwicherie in Wynwood— in where my experience was horrible. The person that was attending me did not ask me whether i would like my sandwich toasted or not, when i told him i wanted it toasted, he put the entire sandwich in the oven— with the tomatoes and lettuce— all wrapped. When I told him that I did not want the tomatoes, lettuce and the other vegetables because they were put in the oven, he began to then get aggressive. I honestly hope that the owner looks at the cameras. I am a customer of Le Sandwicherie in both Brickell and Miami Beach and they are completely different regarding the personnel, in this case, the one at wynwood, which i will never visit again. I wanted to note that this occurred in the night shift. It is important to note that, if the owner reads this message, to check the cameras of the restaurant, and if they have audio, then to listen to the conversation, please. The owner / manager was so rude and disgusting. I observed as he screamed “NEXT” to a customer who didn’t speak English & told a coworker he wasn’t going to take her order because she didn’t speak English. So I called him over and redirected him back to the Girl and said “I think she was ready to order” and he responded “I know , NEXT” I followed by asking another employee to speak to the manager and it was the RUDE guy. Obviously, he looked at me and didn’t want to come. After a few minutes, he came back over to me and asked what was wrong. I responded by telling him what he did was wrong and rude. You don’t scream “NEXT” at someone who doesn’t speak English. He responded by telling me there is a system and he does not take orders. Yet minutes later he began to take peoples orders.
