Panamericano Speakeasy in Brickell is, without a doubt, one of Miami’s most sophisticated hidden gems. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brickell, this bar transports you from the bustling streets to an intimate, luxurious escape. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted at the door with a warmth that’s rare to find, as if you’re being welcomed into a close friend’s personal sanctuary. The ambiance is magical; every detail exudes elegance and intrigue. The bar itself is a world of stories, with each cocktail crafted to tell its own tale. From the first sip, you can taste the creativity and meticulous thought that went into each drink. The mixologists are artisans, blending flavors that surprise and delight with every sip. Kiera the mixologist extraordinaire and Aestis the masterminds behind the bar, are not only experts in their craft but also make you feel like a VIP from the moment you step in. Their dedication to creating an unforgettable experience shines through, adding a personal touch to each interaction. What truly sets Panamericano apart is its atmosphere—a place where sophistication meets mystery. It’s like finding a precious secret, with every visit unveiling something new. If you’re seeking a unique and elevated experience in Miami, this spot is an absolute must. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best in mixology and atmosphere in the city.

A true gem in Brickell, and a very refreshing difference from other less inspired restaurants/lounges/bars in the area. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like a VIP from every member of staff, they are so friendly and inviting. There are many small details that the staff do to ensure you are treated well and have a great experience. The mixologist that served us, Alejandra, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She spent time explaining the theme of the lounge, its inspiration, the bottles, and the drinks. She made sure to answer questions we had about the menu, she explained what she was doing while making the drinks, she explained how to best enjoy the drinks and what characteristics to look for, and afterwards, talked about other drinks to try on our next visit. We ordered the taco martini and another (I can’t remember the name), but both were 10/10. I can’t remember the last time I had a cocktail and was completely shocked at how complex and beautifully crafted it was, but pan americano was able to do that for me. It’s a simple but sophisticated space, the beauty centers itself around the bar. Make sure to make a reservation for the bar if you can, it will make your experience very special. Thank you for a great experience!

Wow - what an experience and beautiful concept. Panamericano has taken great care to pay a beautiful homage to the diverse cultures in the Americas. Each drink has a detailed write-up about the inspiration it takes from various countries and traditions. Some of them even come with a beautiful "ceremony" concept where the drink is accompanied by traditional elements like different plants and/or scents. The speakeasy vibe they created is very impressive considering this is another retail space in the brightly-lit Mary Brickell. I was bracing myself for another pretentious, snobby Brickell experience honestly but all of the staff was kind and professional, with a clear passion for their craft. Francisco and Aistis both took great care of us. I had the cocomelon cocktail, which was a wonderful blend of fruity and sweet but not at all syrupy - it had a rich complexity. My husband got one of the drinks that came with a "ceremony," which came with a beautiful explanation of the background of the cultural tradition it related to. Yes, these are not cheap cocktails but they are worth it and I recommend this bar for a special experience.
