I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Mister 01 Pizza's Brickell location today after my review of Mister 01 Aventura weeks ago, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of an excellent experience. They carry through perfection in all the Mister 01 locations!

I stepped into this sleek, modern spot in the heart of Miami's vibrant Brickell district, American music 50's and 60's overhead, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. The ambiance is spot-on—think exposed wooden walls, warm ambient lighting, and a bustling open kitchen that lets you watch the magic unfold. It's the perfect blend of upscale Italian charm and casual sophistication, making it ideal for a date night or a celebratory gathering with friends.

But oh, the food! Where do I even begin? We started with the promo pizza recommended by the manager Jules, which was golden, crispy light crust perfection.—each bite was a burst of flavor that transported me straight to the streets of Rome where I lived. The crust? Thin, chewy, and blistered just right from the wood-fired oven, with that signature char that screams authenticity.

The tomatoe sauce was fresh and tangy, the buffalo mozzarella melted into gooey bliss, and the streamy basil leaves added that fresh, herbaceous punch. Every slice was devoured in record time, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming.

Service was impeccable too—the staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the menu. No detail was overlooked.

Now, I have to give massive, heartfelt compliments to Jules, the manager at this location. Jules is an absolute gem and the heartbeat of Mister 01 Brickell! From the get-go, she personally greeted me at the door with a warm smile and an infectious energy that set the tone for the entire experience.

She took the time to chat about the restaurant's culinary offerings and even recommended off-menu tweaks to the pizzas based on my preferences—turns out, she nailed it!

Throughout the meal, Jules was circulating the floor, ensuring every table felt like VIPs.. Her attention to detail, leadership skills, and genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience to beyond five-star status. Jules isn't just managing; she's curating joy on a plate for you. If every restaurant had a Jules at the helm, the world would be a better place—kudos to her and the team for making Mister 01 Brickell a must-visit destination. I'll be back soon, and I can't recommend this spot enough!

From the moment we walked in, Marie Jose greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. Her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable were truly commendable.

One aspect that stood out to us was how wonderfully Marie Jose accommodated our 10-month-old daughter. As any parent knows, dining out with a young child can be quite challenging, but Marie Jose went above and beyond to make sure our little one was comfortable and happy. She took the time to engage with our daughter, bringing her a high chair and ensuring that it was set up safely. Marie Jose even offered to bring some age-appropriate toys to keep our daughter entertained during the meal, which was a thoughtful gesture we greatly appreciated.

During our recent vacation in Miami, we embarked on a pizza adventure, exploring various locations that prepare pizzas and leave them on display, reheating them upon purchase. While some of these places were decent, none left a lasting impression, and the freshness of the pizzas was often in question.

One evening, while exploring the Bayfront and downtown areas near our hotel, the Intercontinental, several bartenders recommended Mister 01 in Brickell for exceptional pizzas. Taking their advice, we summoned an Uber and made our way to Mister 01, and we couldn't have been happier with our decision.

From the moment we entered, the service was warm, inviting, and much appreciated. Our server, Maykel, was fantastic, offering in-depth knowledge about their pizza offerings. The star of the show at Mister 01 is undoubtedly their 96-hour dough, which sets the foundation for an outstanding pizza experience.

We ordered two pizzas, and both were the best we had in Miami. The crust struck the perfect balance – not too thin, not too thick, and perfectly charred. The cheese-to-topping ratio was spot-on, resulting in fresh and delectable pies. But what truly elevated the experience were the imported oils, especially the spicy and truffle varieties, which were out of this world.

If there's one thing you should bring back home from your trip to Miami, it's the combo oil set they offer at an excellent price. Even though we don't have a Mister 01 in our area, a drizzle of their Italian oils on our local pizzas immediately transports us back to our fantastic experience at Mister01.
