Poke House - Brickell — Restaurant in Miami

I come in needed to talk to management.i wasn't greeted or anything just sad faces, and bad energy like the staff didn't want to work was zero enthusiasm. And i could barely hear the staff, they talk so quietly. I didnt feel comfortable. And wont be back i can get the same thing basically at Just Salad with better service. Plus who wants to eat at a place were the staff looks like they dont want to be there, and has attitude issues, especially when they dont speak loud enough. Get staff that actually shows a smile and welcomes you. Thats it...

Went today for lunch and spent 20 dollars on a bowl. The rice was old, dry, and clumped. Toppings did not taste fresh (though they looked good). Wish I ate the bowl there so I could have handed it back and requested a refund. You might be ok eating here at peak dining hours rather than lunch, but why risk it with so many better options around?
