I want to share this review to get the owners attention. I was here about two weeks ago and I have never in my life been made to feel shamed for being gluten-free until now. There were two guys working the counter, an older guy and another guy a bit younger than him so probably 30s and 60s if I should say. I asked if they had any gluten-free options and they said no. I said OK no problem. Let me get one of your sandwiches which I ordered, but I asked for no bread. I was just going to have the meat inside, but I will pay for the entire sandwich. They proceeded to repeat shock. You were going to get a sandwich with no bread? I said yes, correct. After they gave the other people in my party, their pizza they again questioned my dinner option and asked me if I wanted bread after I already explained to them that I did not want the bread and they laughed again and said so that’s all you’re going to the inside and I said I’m ordering a non-sandwich correct. The interaction with them was very literally made me feel a bit ridiculous for being gluten-free, which is not really something that is optional for me. It’s not a fad or diet, Gluten truly makes me very sick. I really hope that nobody else ever experiences what I experienced there, and I also hope that the owner does a bit of training with the staff so that they know not to mock or shame anyone with dietary...
Read moreI ordered a "pick-up". Was told "20min". I got there before 30min only to be unpleasantly SETBACK. Only just ordered the facking simplest of sorts-pizza. Cheese--- I facking don't DO STUPID of any sort. So, I paid more for 3 of slice, than the whole pie. The bird was significantly apologetic; For discovering that my order wasn't expedited at all. The FACKALL OWER, TOMMY; I witnessed living his lavish movie in his mind. Had he had the slightest ounce of tomato sauce of his vocation, he may have not blocked me while I, in my budgeted time frame; Thus, before discovering my order hadn't been produced. I, too am a real ROCKNROLLA. How is it that a facking low quality/last resort pizza spot - Would inartfully disappoint ?¿? I watched this "Tommy" twat grab 6cans of Peroni and stuff them in a plastic bag.The entire time as he marveled at himself as if I was a participant and even worse than pathetic. He obstructed me whilst in my rush--- in conversation with some sycophant employee that doesn't make pizza. I write my mind because I have one. Pucci's Pizza, you clearly do not. These aren't the days of the early 90's, when you were fortunate to be just 2 doors down from BASH. So I will "bash" you now with this: As a NewYorker; You're product is...
Read moreI'm a food connoisseur and was born and raised in Florida. I have eaten at many restaurants allover south florida and many other states; which includes high class and modern restuarants. Pizza is very easy to get because there is alot of competition in that area. This was my first time eating here because I was on my way to a miami heat game and was passing by. I bought myself and my cousin a slice of cheese pizza. The guy behind the counter tried to sell me 2 slices that have been sitting out for a while, although I selected the fresh slices that just came out of the oven. They were not friendly and lacked customer service and the place needed a cleaning. I put aside the lack of customer service and the fact that the place needed to be cleaned, my low rating of Pucci Pizza is based upon the food. They state it is a New York pizza restaurant, they are far from it as the pizza in New York is far better in comparison. The Pizza lacked taste and zest. I had to purchase pizza at the heat game because we didnt enjoy it from Pucci. Pucci ingredients needs to be reinvented. I dont mind paying for food that I enjoy, however the pizza from Pucci didnt taste good at all. Management needs to do something about this place. They will never see...
