One of the world worst restaurant. Unhealthy food. Unfriendly hotel staffs. This restaurant cheated me. I took a uber to reach at this place. Once I reached I was happy to enjoy Indian food. While we order nan's, it smelled bad. I refuse it. The staff said, I touched it so I have to pay many for it. My sister ordered Non-veg meal. Th guy said she has to choose one nonveg item among all. As per his suggestion my sister select chicken curry. It was also smelled bad. We just test and trashed it. While paying the bill, the guy charged extra money for chicken curry. We said we can't pay for extra money for chicken curry because it is the part of non-veg, he was rude and tried to attack us. I wanted call the police but were in hurry and don't want spoil out Miami tour. We paid extra money for Chicken curry. I am now at Colorado, I am going to write an email to Mayor and Police of Downtown Miami about this incident. This kinds of places are bad luck for entire tourism industry. This place insulting Indian food and culture. If any of you see good review about this place it is just fake review. If you don't don't want spoil your tour please don't visit this place. I would say don't try Indian food...

While those places are great, they aren't really authentic, and they all serve the same inauthentic food exactly the same way. Don't get me wrong, I eat that food all the time. Raja's is more of a "cafeteria." The food is very good, authentic and well-priced. If you want to wear a suit and pay 80$ at Bombay in the grove, then go to Bombay. If you want to pay 10 bucks for great, fast food on your lunch break then go to Raja's. A lot of these reviews are criticizing Raja's for not being a fancy place that takes reservations. It's not, and never claimed to be. The food is...
Read moreI was downtown for jury duty and wanted something different--not usually in the mood for sandwiches. I wanted falafel, but no one knew what that was, so I asked for Indian instead. The directions to Raja's were vague, but I found it, tucked in a corner like a secret. They had decently priced lunch specials (from $8-$12) and vegetarian options. They all included rice, which I don't eat, but the woman at the counter subbed another veggie without issue, which I thought was nice.
I got chicken tika, palak paneer, and chickpeas. The chicken was just so-so--the texture was off--but he other...
