Kirill, from 22 portraits, is a headshot genius! As a speaker, I always need professional headshots to send to the event organizers. I just recntly changed my look a bit, so i needed an updated, more modern headshot. But I have done photoshoots in the past and was dreading, taking the time to go through the process. Also, my photographer friend who did them for me in the past moved out of the country, so the thought of taking the time to shoot with someone i don't know sent me directly to procrastination town.

I met Kirill in one of my meditations and clicked right away. The way he talked about life and how he ties it into his passion for capturing the perfect headshots really blew my mind. I appreciate passionate people and like participating in their process, so i booked a session to go to his photo studio (which is so awesome, it deserves its own testimonial).

What i liked about Kirill is that he is passionate about being a headshot photographer. This is what he does. He doesn't do weddings, locations, etc... he does headshots. And he does them VERY VERY WELL. He makes you feel very comfortable and give you all the tips to get the right shot and makes you feel very comfortable in the studio and even explains to you how to best use all his "toys" (lights, reflectors, mirrors, backgrounds, etc). AND he is very open to trying a few new ideas, looks, wardrobe changes etc. Most importantly, he is not rushing you at all... By the time the session is over you have a bunch of amazing shots... the only hard part was to choose which one would be the 2 he would edit thoroughly (i got the package with 2 edited photos). I may actually ask him to edit a few of the others, since we got so many "keepers"

I you are on LinkedIn or any social media platform aiming to project a professional image, you need a headshot. If you had bad experiences in the past or have never done it and feel nervous about it, use 22Portraits. You will love it. And people will love...

What an incredibly pleasant, fun, and thoughtful experience it was to work with Kirill and his team. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kirill was extremely easy to work with and patient to work through several outfit changes and I could feel the passion in his work.

Also, the studio itself is decked out with incredible tech that allows you to see live the pictures that are being taken in real-time and collaborate with Kirill on what direction to keep working towards. I had never seen this with a photographer before, since usually the pictures are taken and you are mostly in the dark with how they are coming out. This process that Kirill has implemented allows for one's confidence and ability to be amplified because you are getting feedback from what the shots are looking like.

Kirill himself is extremely knowledgable and such a grounded person that can make anybody feel comfortable with him. There's music going on in the background too and you can play whatever you wish. His goal is to make you feel like the star in front of the camera and he does a damn good job at that.

Highly recommend this investment either for a career or just for having a fun and rewarding memory...

Kirill was wonderful to work with! He took the time to understand what I needed for my website, and it’s not an easy task! I needed soft, welcoming photos that portrayed my personality professionally. Well - he did just that. I got profile pictures that focus on my eyes and soften the expression. & his approach felt organic. He’d try a few takes in one pose and gave me a chance immediately to peek at the photos. If I didn’t like something I could shift my pose. This direct feedback approach worked better for me than blindly trusting the photographer. His set up was also really helpful - having a full standing mirror so I could get an idea of what the lens is seeing. The pictures he took were really beautiful - but so were his editing skills. Turns out I tilt my head a bit too much for a profile picture - who knew you could edit that! I appreciate so much having a natural looking photograph that still includes minor edits but portrays real world, not “filtered” world. I also wear glasses and one of the best pictures had a huge golden glare. I was able to keep this photograph as my second website picture thanks to Kirill’s skills in editing. I’ll definitely recommend him...
