HORRIBLE! After spending hundreds for our bottles, my group is accused of stealing the bottles by one of the employees! Then that same employee grabbed all our stuff and kicked us out of our table. Once in the outside area that same employee approaches our group and we confront the employee to get answers as to why we got kicked out of our table.

At that point other people that were at a neighboring table approach us wanting to fight us after saying they worked there at the business. Things got heated as the employees at the neighboring table wanted to escalate the situation.

Then we spoke to a guy named Julio that claimed he want in charge and we spoke to him about the situation that had happened. Julio seemed like he wanted to solve the problem but lacked customer service skills as he said “hi” to other people as I was trying to explain the situation.

After over 10+ years in the retail industry, I can say that THIS is not how you treat customers spending hundreds at your establishment. Especially when you have multiple people inside smoking weed and doing cocaine.

HORRIBLE experience! Will not be back to this place and will make sure I use all my social media platforms to alert others to stay away...

I'd give it 0 stars if I could, Worst bar that I have ever been in my whole entire life and I have been in a bunch of bars even in Ibiza, please do a favor to yourself and don't go here if you want to spenda wonderful night. Went with 4 friends and they were harrasing all of us to consume alcohol as fast as possible just to keep buying more so we could kept the table, and that's no all we didn't even finish it and they took it away. Take in account that we bought a bunch of stuff, cocktails, don't remember how many tequila bottles about 2-3, drinks and some jelly syringes blue and red flavors literally we got kicked out of the table for not consuming at least that's how we all felt. I was complaining about what happened and they just offered another bottle for 200 bucks, like seriously are you kidding me? We just left to other...

Horrible service, security keeps annoying our table for no reason! Paid $2,000 for a table just to sit and not be able to dance or do anything since security doesn’t let you do anything. Ended up leaving early for the fact that security ended up annoying our table all night! Managers are no help either, don’t work with you for any inconveniences. Bottle service isn’t even that good. Also keep in mind someone i know got hit in the head with a bottle for no reason at THEIR table and they ended up kicking him out which should’ve been my red flag to NOT go here. Felt discriminated just because we weren’t hispanic either. Don’t fall for these...
