Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Policies and Poor Guest Experience I wish I could give zero stars. We were genuinely excited to visit this place and made a reservation under my wife’s name, Dayamis, for June 28th at 8 PM for a party of four. The reservation process online was smooth, and we received a confirmation email with no mention of any special requirements. However, upon arrival and after being seated, we were informed by the manager that there was a mandatory bottle minimum—either two bottles per table or one bottle priced at $400 or more. This policy was never disclosed during the reservation process or in the confirmation email. We were completely blindsided. After a lengthy discussion, we reluctantly agreed to purchase an expensive bottle of wine, along with food and cocktails, totaling over $500. We finished our meal by 9:30 PM, and our server mentioned that the entertainment (a karaoke-style experience) wouldn’t begin until 10:30 PM. We asked if we could take a walk and return for the show, and she assured us it would be fine. When we returned at 10:30 PM, we were told by the doorman that there were no tables available and we would have to wait until someone left. We asked for the manager, who remembered us and said we could wait by the bar. He asked us to wait outside the rope barrier and promised to escort us in shortly. We waited in the heat for nearly 30 minutes, watching other groups being let in while we were ignored. Eventually, we gave up and left—frustrated and deeply disappointed. This experience was not only misleading but also incredibly disrespectful. I’ll be posting screenshots of our reservation confirmation, which clearly shows no mention of any bottle minimum. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable.

I had a great night yesterday! The place opens at 8 pm but I recommend that you arrive close to 10, when the music and energy start. This is not Karoke but a place where you can sing all ‘oldies but goodie’s’ 80, 90 and beyond Mexican, Colombian, Argentinian etc famous songs. If you want a table you need to buy a bottle. So decide if you want or just stay on the bar. If you stay on the bar wear a comfortable shoes beach there are no chairs. Lastly, Santiago, the manager, it’s a great host and he really knows how to run this place! Thank you for everything you did yesterday!

Sala de Despecho at Brickell is a place to go enjoy greatest hits latin music from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s. It’s a place to enjoy and have fund with friends. I suggest to make a reservation and ask for a nice table location. Bottle service will be required. Expect delays in the service since it is crowded, but as long as you’re patient, the server will be nice lol. I don’t recommend to order food; it’s a party bar, not a restaurant.

Tal como hemos leído en los Reviews… una estafa disfrazada de “experiencia exclusiva”, big scam! We arrived on time with a “reservation confirmed”The host told us, he had bad news and they had no table for us. BUT suddenly , he could find us a table if we were willing to pay 2 bottles at 300 usd each or a tequila clase azul bottle at 600 $ hahahahah that was a joke! Such a nerve! O sea, es la primera vez que me encuentro con una situación así en Miami!!! Nothing good to share from this place. It was all bad!! Then, during the night , more deception… the musical selection was poor and it was lacking fun, including the DJ. Las chicas estaban desilusionadas. I do not understand how the owner is aware of all of this and yet everything remains the same with no room for improvement. We are not coming...

Horrible experience, came in with reservation but our table would not be given to us unless we purchase a bottle that cost over $300 minimum. We were never told this when making the reservation, worst of all the manager i believe his name was Santiago was very rude, when we finally agreed to purchase a bottle in order to get our table, he took us to the worst table possible (next to the entrance) even though there were plenty empty tables and when we asked for a chair to be changed his response was without care. We asked for a table top with high chairs and asked if we could get a 4th chair and he doesn’t care that one person would have to stay standing. I am telling you worst experience ever do not waste your time going...
