Terrible customer service. Called within hours of placing an order to cancel the order and was informed by a gentleman that the order would be cancelled. The following day I received a notice the order was shipped! I had also asked the customer service representative if I needed to call back again to ensure cancellation - he said no that I would receive an email cancellation once the order was put in the system.
