Overall, I like the food. The cheesesteak I ordered had all the makings of a great sandwich. The fries were a little over salted but this happens from time to time at any restaurant.
The restaurant was pretty crowded when I got there and there was foot traffic coming in and out the entire time while waiting for my sandwich and fries. I can tell this place is pretty popular.
The staff is friendly. They even have a helpful guide on how to make ordering your sandwich an efficient experience. It's a bit of a weird setup though. You order your sides and drinks at a different window from where you order your sandwiches. Nothing bad about it. I just found it an odd set up. On the other hand, you get your fries and drink pretty quick.
I'll be honest and say that despite the food definitely being of high quality, I wasn't particularly impressed. To me the cheesesteaks were average and unfortunately with my fries being over salted, I couldn't finish those.
The bread was just as amazing as described by the restaurant. The meat for the steaks was excellent. But I went away feeling that the totality of the meal was just average.
Again, seasoning mistakes happen in restaurants. The only reason I'm docking one star is because I honestly just didn't enjoy the food experience. I will definitely go back. It's possible I was having an off day, or maybe they were having an off day. But I wouldn't go so far as to recommend people not come and check it out. I think it is an experience that you'll enjoy and the food is definitely up someone's alley. Maybe it's just not for me.
I plan to amend this review in the next week or two,...

I'm typically team chopped but the meat was pretty tender and easier to eat than it's chopped counterparts. The cheese gave it good moisture and was a bit drippy but totally manageable so long as you are eating over a table. Also tried their hot and spicy fries with whiz over it. It was tasty but HUGE so definitely order to share with 2-3 people. The awesome part was their pickle and condiment bar. I tried different pickles with my sandwich which I enjoyed because sometimes other places will either put too much or too little of something. This way I can just do it exactly the way I'd like it.
It was a little off putting to have to order fries/drinks at one window and then move to another to order a sandwich. This means you have to pay twice. Not a fan of that but I suppose thats how they stay organized in the back.
We enjoyed our food very much. The sandwich was about $10 and the fries was $5 plus $1.35 for a bottle of water. Pricing isn't super cheap but certainly manageable. I'd...
Read morei come here once in a while when i don’t feel like going to philadelphia, the workers are extremely racist. me and my family walked in and they had dirty attitudes, before we even ordered the guy at the register told us to make sure to clean up after we eat because a group of gypsies came in before us and left their mess behind. i don’t appreciate being called a gypsy. nor did i have any association with the previous gypsies so whatever i looked passed it and ordered, my cheese steaks were burnt to a crisp. the onions were almost brown from how burnt they were. my mom tried returning the sandwich just to switch it out for a fresh sandwich. and the man said he’s not gonna do that, and there’s nothing wrong with the sandwich he gave my mother a very very bad attitude and she asked politely. so i had no choice but to eat my burnt sad steak sandwich. so if you want to be discriminated, and have burnt food this is the place for you. i’m never coming back to this location again. if you’re a “gypsy” as i am don’t...
