Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown

This Dunkin’ is always the best one! We have traveled a lot, too much in fact but what we have learned is what places have a great customer service and a clean store. This store is seriously one of the best.

It’s a big deal that your store is clean when people walk in. It tells you right away what to expect in their food prep area. Even though this drive through is fast and accurate sometimes it’s nice to go in and pick your own donuts. There is always someone smiling behind d the counter and ready to take your order and they don’t make you feel like your bothering them like other dunkins like in Chestertown MD easily the worst Dunkin.

The drive through here is fast and the people taking the order to serving your food are always in good sprints and kind. Whenever I bring my daughter through the drive through and ask for any donut that’s pink for a little girl they always pick the prettiest ones they have.

I appreciate how clean this store is and how hard each one of you work. It’s a big deal for people trying to start their day to have it done right, just throws off your whole day when they mess up your coffee.

However that not a problem here, when you come here, it’s clean, your order will be correct and it will be handled by kind wonderful staff. They smiled as they gave me straight warm sweet milk one night before a 12 hour shift at amazon . Then they did it again. I feel targeted and I'd never really been there a bunch yet. I'd go before work and it was a toss up and I think they added stuff to my drink I didn't ask for and it freaks me out bc that's how folks get poisoned or given high bacteria foods that aren't properly handled and have things you don't know are in it could be anything if they felt if they can just serve someone milk for that price.... I'd honestly only Go here if it's dire to have coffee, and then still make sure you check it before you leave that window.. Especially if u are to drive long distance and are tired or working a demanding shift and expected to perform at a certain rate and risk of injury if not alert. These folks don't know that messing with someone like this can have an effect much greater the suffering over what petty grudge you hold on customer service. To maybe find another job if you don't enjoy what you do at least a little to have some dignity in what you server as your own personal mark in the food industry. Or at least to do...

I don't get coffee out too often as I usually make it myself at home, but if I do treat myself, this is where I go.

It's quick, not as expensive as "starbrokes", and they always take my crazy demands with a smile. I never feel judged for my excessive use of 9 sugars. Thanks guys. 😊 You da bomb! 💣

Oh, and I love how you guys are getting food now. I started door dashing recently and when I have time to get myself something, this is my go to place because I know it's going to be quick and yummy and plus, I'm on a mission to try everything you have on that menu!

Please don't get rid of that cookie butter flavor either!! I need that by the gallon, please and thank you....
