Read moreINTEGRITY ISSUE Let me start off by saying my service was great until the very end when we paid the check. The waiter ( very kind gentlemen) brought us our check and showed it to us and everything looked correct. Balance was about 86.00 I did the card thing on the device he was holding and added tip and thought we were done. I went to the bathroom and came back to my wife running her own credit card with another waitress ( his trainer) stating my card did not go through. I thought hmm odd. I asked was it declined and she said no, it just did not go through. I logged into my online account and it showed I was charged for dinner however the amount was 157.00 something. I showed the waitress and she said again it did not go through but did not seem confident in her answer.. She double downed and re stated our system did not accept it. I said um its right here it went through. I have been charged, long story short. I asked for the manager at that point. To which the manager made me aware the waitress told him they ran my card on the wrong table ( for 50.00 more) and ran my wife card on our table correctly. Instead of telling me the truth ( as they told the manager) I was told my card did not go through which was a not true and they knew it. It went through but on the wrong table. Please advise your staff the importance of owning up to a mistake rather than blowing smoke to a customer and making them feel like their credit card was no good. My wife paid for a check I intended to...
Read moreWe had an AMAZING waitress (she was the bartender) who was extremely nice and helpful. Other than that, the rest of our experience was not so great. I ordered the prime rib with the bone in as recommended by the waitress (for an up charge). When I received it, the steak I ordered was mixed up with the one my husband ordered. Not a big deal, we just switched them. Once I cut into it, I realized it was way undercooked, but it wasn’t a big deal since I’d rather it under than over so I didn’t say anything. Then I noticed my steak didn’t have a bone. I let the waitress know and told her it was no big deal, just to take it off the check. She had the manager come out. He looked at the steak and proceeded to tell me that it did in fact have a bone in it. When he pointed it out, I explained that I honestly thought that was a piece of fat since it was so small. Thinking it was probably larger, I just had to wait until I cut into that piece of steak I brushed it off. Today I ate the leftovers for lunch and I’m beyond irritated. It was literally a chip of bone! I’ve never had steak anywhere with a “bone in” that was a small chip. The fact that we were actually charged $2 extra for this chip was ridiculous! If it weren’t for the amazing waitress, I wouldn’t even have given this place a single star.
*the pictures below are taken after I reheated it for lunch the next day. This was not a fresh steak so please don’t judge based on this picture. I was only trying to point out the...
