I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. I'm a sever and pride myself on customer service and I'm usually not a ( word I can't say on here) but for this situation it seems like I'm gonna have to be. I came to Lou to see my sister and we got qdoba. After my order I purchased more chips which should've just been 2 dollars. I was charged a 35 dollar delivery fee and 2.22 in tax and I hit 10% tip on was I thought was a 2 dollar order so it made it 3.60 which was 42 dollars in total for some 2 dollar chips. I clocked it on their computer reader not the car reader as I was cashing my food out. The total was normal until they must've hit the delivery screen but I think they are trying to steal money because they are giving me the run around. They said my refund should hit by the morning. Wake up nothing. Called management which was Spencer and he said he didn't know anything of it even thought yesterday when it happened I realized the kid Andrew who made the mistake was on the phone with Spencer and left him a note. So I'm guessing Spencer was just lying. Spencer said he would get it handled and update me soon and that he'd text me. He texted me and had me send the receipt and then never texted back. So at about 9 pm today I call the store and Andrew answer and I told him I talk to Spencer and he said he was supposed to have that done this morning, he said I left him that note and that's who he was talking to the original night it happened. I told him that Spencer told me he never new this happened, which was a lie and I knew he was lying. So Andrew then says he's so sorry and he's calling the big dogs and he'll call me back in 15. We'll 15 mins turned into 30 mins turned into the store closing. I promise just because I know this could've been handled better I'm coming for y'all. This is the lowest form of customer service. It the fact that y'all gave me the run around and played with me so I got y'all foreal. Like be certain i got y'all and I'm calling corporate or whoever get things done and doesn't lie like...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTypically, Qdoba does a very good job with my orders, and this is the store I visit the most. This latest visit today was beyond me. An unbelievably bad experience.
I ordered online at around 4:20pm and the order was predicted to be ready by 4:40pm. I showed up at around 4:45pm and was told the order was being worked on and it would be a bit. No worries, sat down to wait. I watched as multiple customers were served indoors as well as take out. I finally see a big bag come out with what looks like my order (guessing of course) at about 4:55pm.
The cashier comes out and tells me it is another 20mins for my order to be ready. I asked why because there were many other orders being processed. She responded by saying that the one (correct ONE) burrito had Impossible Meat on it. I told them, somewhat tersely to just double the beans and be done with it. (We cook Impossible Meat at home all the time and it doesn't take this long even when we start off with it frozen!)
I also added I would speak with management about it. The manager spoke to the workers and then came out to talk to me. Gave me a rather insincere apology and offered to give me comp cards. I agreed and said I wanted 4 of them because I had 4 entrees. I was then told I am being rude and that is where the conversation ended.
I never saw the manager again and left once my order was finished a few minutes later. So I ultimately left about 50mins after my online order was placed, and with no comp cards for my trouble. I've had previous managers there give me a comp card for being 10mins over the "ready time" without me saying a word (btw, those were AMAZING workers, too).
At this point I'm honestly not even sure what advice to start with but it sounds like the prep wasn't done. I can handle that, but no one even dealt with the problem until the order was 20 minutes past due.
The food was cold, soggy because it sat there waiting on the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love QDoba. I have for as long as I've been aware that QDoba exists. I don't know that I've ever had a bad experience at QDdoba. May an experience here or there that wasn't 100%, but never anything bad.
On a recent evening we had an appointment at another business nearby and decided to have dinner at QDoba before that. We'd also never been to this location before.
We walked in around 5:45pm and walked right up to the counter. There were a couple of occupied tables but other than that they weren't that busy (it was a Tuesday evening). After reviewing the menu for a minute the young man behind the counter took our orders and made our food as we went down the line. I opted for a Chicken Bowl, my wife ordered the Cheese Crusted Quesadilla. He was pleasant and fun and had a great sense of humor. I ordered Our food was made quickly and accurately.
My Chicken Bowl as excellent, as always. I always order extra pico de gallo. QDoba has the best pico On Earth! My wife's Cheese Crusted Quesadilla was huge. ENORMOUS, I tell you!
The dining room could have used a little attention (several tables needed to be cleaned up) and the drink station was a bit...drink-y. The service area behind the counter was cluttered and the food assembly line could have been wiped down. During our visit no one came out to look at the dining room, but it was in generally good shape.
We've got another appt nearby in a couple weeks and we're planning to have dinner here again. Once a fan of QDoba, always a...
