Wingstop — Restaurant in Middletown

My boyfriend walked into the store to pick up our mobile order. As we pulled off I checked the bag and realized a part of our order was missing. He immediately turned around without us even leaving the parking lot. It was 11:54pm. By time he walked up to the door, the lights were off, employees were gone with no way to rectify the problem... even though their store hours say they close at 12am. I understand we may have been the last order of the night, but the least they could've done was make sure the order...

To be newly opened, this was by far the best Wingstop experience. Kendrick, the manager, had amazing customer service skills and the food was hot, fresh, and seasoned well. The restaurant itself was very clean and the staff was consistently cleaning when not busy with orders.
