I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered an almond pumpkin chai due to a dairy sensitivity - I can handle a little, but not much. When my drink was called out, my friend confirmed twice with the barista that it had almond milk, and both times she responded with a snarky, dismissive attitude. After I started drinking it, the barista suddenly said it was actually for the drive-thru — which is on the completely opposite side of the building. I asked again if it had almond milk, and got the same rude tone, which it didn’t have the right milk. This kind of attitude is frustrating, especially when allergies or sensitivities are involved. Staff need to take these things seriously and treat customers...

This morning we placed a mobile order for four people right as they opened for the day. We were driving across state and wanted some drinks for the road. We got there, picked up our order through the drive thru, and was back on track minutes later. The entire transaction went smoothly; all four drinks were made and labeled correctly. Thank you for helping us start our day off with some warm drinks and the shot of caffeine...

Wonderful little spot! The coffee is a unique and delicious roast. Wifey had the Holla’ Bagel and a mocha, I had the sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a DELICIOUS croissant! Both were absolutely fantastic! Staff was so kind and clearly enjoy their jobs. That makes a big difference for me 😊 We will likely stop by on our way back out of town tomorrow 😊 Very well done...
