Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Midvale

Food- I like the food at buffalo wild wings it is quite good but one noticeable thing I would like to mention is the lack of sauce on the wings usually I get 10 dry rub and 5 original buffalo but every time the buffalo wings are not covered in the buffalo sauce the and that's why the food gets a 4/5.

Atmosphere- I love the atmosphere honestly I mainly come for it because its just a great place to enjoy eating with friends and have a good time. I don't really watch sports but ill watch the tv from time to time helps pass time when waiting for food. and that's why I give it a 5/5

Service- I usually always have a good experience with service at the buffalo wild wings and I enjoy my stay. but recently I have had a bad experience with a waitress. The first thing she said to us besides the greeting was how she hates who the host is and how she doesn't know how to work and that she could get the host fired. which my party I was with could understand its sometimes hard to work with new people and talked to her about it and had a laugh. But the part that makes me upset is when we were ordering our food she was just watching the TV's and not really paying attention to us I didn't care at the time because everyone has a rough night but the she proceeded to get every single order wrong we all got different vegetables than what we asked for. and to be honest I didn't care because I never eat them anyway but one of our party members got a different wings then what they asked for. Mind this our waitress barely checked on us and didn't bring us any of our food. so we talked to someone different about that one of our party members got the wrong order of wings the waitress rushing over only because she sees us talking to someone. the man tells us that we can fix that and he would go get us the wings she did order. the waitress not even apologizing for anything walks of with the man and then comes back 5 minutes later with just a rude attitude telling our party member that the tai curry what she didn't order is what she had written down and that she couldn't do anything and we would have to pay extra to get it fixed. I got a little impatient and went on a little rant on how she didn't get any of our vegetables right either and she brushed me off saying "oh I can get you a big thing of celery". The worst part is our party member hated curry and didn't even touch any of the wings that they got. I personally think it was pretty dumb that she proceeded to get every ones vegetables wrong barely even listened to us when we ordered and got our party members wings wrong and for justification told us it was what she wrote down so she couldn't do anything and with an attitude when we were being nice the entire night to her even listening to her about how her nights going talking about her nails and just trying to relate and be an easy going table. and this is how we were treated. The sad thing is I had such a bad experience this brings the service from a 4/5 to a 2/5

Reason- the reason I gave the over all review such a low rating is because I would at least want someone in management to read this and just understand it kind of sucks when you got out with friends and the night just falls apart after and puts us all in a bad mood when we went there to...

Me and my cousin went here to watch the fights and order some wings and have some dinner apparently they said they were short on servers so it was taking a while to get the food. I understand the frustration of not having enough people to serve food so that didn't really bother me it took us 30 minutes or so to get our drinks and then another 30 minutes to get our food after waiting 30 minutes to get in so an hour and a half to actually get your food isn't super bad but kind of sucks. The beer was actually very very good and I wasn't looking to get goofy just enough to enjoy it. The food came out we had ordered a sampler and some extra boneless wild wings, The wings came out they were more like chicken nuggets than wings and the sauce was very skimpy if at all and the chicken wings themselves tasted like they were very old. After getting the food and not being very happy with the food I was okay with it I decided I would just enjoy the beer I had two beers that were very delicious then when I asked for the third one I waited 30 minutes to get the third one and they brought me a mango beer instead and that wasn't when I ordered but I could tell they were kind of understaffed but I could also see some of the staff standing around watching the fights not really paying attention to the customers. I wouldn't kind of expect that some of the people that were working would actually like to watch the fights and work at the same time but it's not a good excuse for serving old or overcooked food and being late on serving people their food or drinks because you're too busy watching the fight. If you wanted to watch it that bad you should have scheduled it off. In the past we have went here a couple times because the food is good the beer is good and things all around were pretty decent but on this night it was not. In the past I thought the food was okay not necessarily great but still okay as of now I think I would go in there to watch the fights make sure I eat somewhere else first then go in there drink a cup of beers watch the fights and only plan drinking my couple beers and maybe ordering a small side odor. Anyways don't think I'll go there for food but definitely love going there for fights so kind of gives me a little bit of a as my wife would say wishy-washy thought process towards where I will go to watch the fights next time. For what it cost for overcooked food and slow service I think maybe I would just pay for it and watch it at home. Hopefully they can fix this and get things figured out. Most people will pay more and the tips will be better if the food is better and the customers are more...

I would have given more stores as the service was friendly and forgiving for the hour wait. Which didn't bug me and my friend really. However, I have to say, I am so confused about the service as it concerns the food. This has happened every time and at every buffalo wild wings and maybe its a thing or something? Nevertheless, each time, and I mean each time, and every location once you order; please be sure your food will take a ridiculous amount of time to get to your table. Each time I have tried this place I have ordered basic hamburgers and this last time 7 wings. My friend the order one up from that. But that is it. He had one drink I had two drinks. But the food??

It is called buffalo wild wings is it not? So naturally, I am under the impression due to the name, and the menu, that WINGS are a speciality.

Something that isn't too complicated as far as any other menu items go. (And it's an extensive one) but it took 50 minutes to get our food. And then the same as it happens other times I have had the "pleasure" Of choosing this place to eat. It shows up to the table barely warm. Its so strange. Busy or slow it doesn't really matter the food always takes this crazy amount of time; with nothing more than I mentioned ordered. The temperature of the food once it arrives is strangely barely hot when it does finally get there? Why would anyone enjoy coming here?

Like I said maybe it's a thing. The friends that love this place and ones who dislike it has mentioned it takes forever to get what you ordered. The ones who don't like that slow service don't go again. The others seem to not care a whole lot about it. The food is nothing to brag about and for the price on top of what I have already stated I don't really understand what keeps you in business... ? Very disappointed. The people were great. Very friendly. But that is far from a good reason for myself to attempt this place again. I really have no idea what the appeal is on these establishments. I can cook at home and just as badly if I really try. However, to have this result when I am out spending more money than it was worth.... I leave with a very huge question mark "??" in my mind; questioning why others would keep doing it?
