I used to love cubby’s but this location has ruined it for me. I have never once had a pick up order ready for pick up on time despite giving significant notice. Last time I had a pick up order scheduled ahead, it wasn’t ready until like 20 min after the pickup time which defeats the whole point of ordering ahead. In that same instance they didn’t prepare our salads right so after we drive all the way home we called and they told us they did (which was a lie) but then the manager said he would comp us next time we came in. When we came back specially saying what Houston told us to say, they told us that never happened and Houston said if it was true he would have written it down. He also questioned the fact that someone else was picking it up to avoid giving other people covid. If you are paying an insane amount for a salad, you kind of expect it to have all the ingredients, be ready in time for a scheduled pick up, and for the manager to not be rude. It is also unreasonable to not keep track of people who you promise to remake incorrect orders for. There is no accountability and overall general lack of care for quality or customer time.
On an additional note the drive through never takes less than 15-20 minutes when you order which honestly defeats the entire point of a drive through.
Honestly, if you are in need of a timely order and good customer service.. I would avoid this location and go to...

Full Review: Wife wanted their kale salad, she's into flavorful rabbit foot. Her salad had these itty bitty pieces of chicken. Couldn't call them chunks. I got a bite, she said, "you get any chicken?" I replied, "there's chicken in your salad?"
Me, I wanted a good burger. I remember Cubby's having a yummy one a few yrs ago so we went back last week. I got the Gypsy. Sirloin patty AND bacon? Yes please. That was until my burger arrived and I saw how mini the patty was. Menu says 1/3 Lb. Uh, no. At order the guy asked me if I wanted a double. Should've. The McDonalds single patty is larger. Check the pic, the bun hangs over the side of the patty by 1-2 fingers on each side. Bacon was ample. Bun is FRESH and tasty. One of the better burger buns I'd argue. Carmelized onions were da-bomb. I'd eat a side of just these. BBQ sauce is good, but not enough.
Get the Sweet Potato fries, and fry sauce. Soo good.
Then take your food TO GO. Somewhere you can enjoy a meal in comfort. The bench seats are terrible, the chairs remind you of elementary school:...
Read moreIt had been a while and I decided to give this place a try again. Reason being I appreciate high quality food with local organic ingredients (is this even the case though? I can’t be positive) anywho that being said I will also mention I have no problem paying a higher price for quality ingredients as this matters to me alot. Now, my very tiny burger tasted old and off and I gave me tummy issues the next morning. I also realized that with paying $6 for my sweet potato fries that breaks down to about .25 per fry which is actually ridiculous. I can take an educated guess that those fries are not locally sourced organic fries. They likely get them in a bag from Sysco and just fry them. They aren’t hand cutting them either so why so expensive? Yes they are good but not worth the price imo. I won’t be back anytime soon, if ever. To top this all off I wrote them an email about all of this and received NO RESPONSE so the lack of care for customers is apparent as well. I will also mention that whomever the woman was working there who put together my takeout order was is AWESOME! She seemed kind, quick, and like she cared :) so they have that...
