Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Midvale

If you're trying to cut back on coffee, don’t come to this Dutch Bros—because you’ll find yourself coming back just for the people. The drinks are consistent with every Dutch Bros location (I'm a big fan of the Rebels as a coffee alternative), but this spot stands out for the energy and experience.

I’ll gladly skip a couple of closer Dutch Bros just to come here. The team is fast, friendly, and keeps the music at a level where I can actually hear while ordering—something small that makes a big difference. The vibe here feels like what Dutch Bros was meant to be. I also love how creative the employee uniforms are—every now and then, I’ll spot a cool shirt and be surprised it’s Dutch Bros-branded.

Everyone here is awesome, but I want to give a special shoutout to Alex. I'm pretty sure I’ve seen her making four drinks at once—her efficiency and precision are unreal. I’ve been coming here for about a year, and I only just asked her name for this review. She was so humble, even saying others did more to deserve the mention.

About a year ago, I was having a rough day, and she was the one taking orders. She asked how I was doing in such a genuine way that it felt like someone truly cared. That one moment turned my whole month around. It made me realize how powerful even a short interaction can be.

Dutch Bros, you should clone her. Let her train everyone. Honestly, make her assistant manager—though not manager, or I might not see her at the window anymore.

I'm so pissed 😡 I had to come back to get my drinks remade they didn't even had the 2 shots of espresso I asked for I paid for that I'm not asking anything for free and they still cheat you out of what you paid for And they still have the audacity of telling me that what I asked for the drink doesn't come with "anymore" and I told them that I had requested to ADD it when I made the order Name of the drink? Birthday cake shake This time I asked for 2 with 2 extra shots of espresso to what the to girl says that, that's what it makes it takes like coffee ☕ and that they have one that is the freeze, well then I said I want the freeze with 2 extra shots of espresso EACH, soft top on top and sprinkles, what she gave me 2 birthday cake shakes with coffee...

I asked for a birthday cake 🍰🎂 🎉 with coffee I got this (I assumed you get soft top and sprinkles hold if requested) you have to make sure you tell them either you want this mixed, iced, freeze or something like that because all the workers here keep changing the name of the way is made every time and don't give you what you asked for also some workers will ask what kind of milk do you want your coffee made with the majority won't and if you don't ask this same drink birthday cake they'll ask what flavor but won't tell you what flavors or make it whatever way they feel that day
