Visited again on 8/16/24 to give Logan's another try. Our server Maia was awesome. She took care of our request for items needed very quickly. The food was very delicious. We look forward to visiting Logan's again when we are in the area.
Visited on 8/4/24 during late afternoon with my sister. Long wait time today over 30 minutes even though we were quoted estimated wait of 15 minutes. Requested a booth & when it came to be seated the waitress wanted to put us in the bar area in the tall seats. We noticed there were multiple empty booth tables on both the far right side of the restaurant & also on the side located beside the bars. There were booths empty yet no one was being seated in those areas even though the line was out the door & people were standing & seated inside the restaurant waiting on their names to be called. Waitress that took our order never wrote down our order. She never brought us our utensils so I got up & got our utensils from the front entrance so we could cut our rolls & put the butter on the rolls that were put on our table. My sister's order was messed up on the way the steak was to be prepared so it was over cooked. Steak was also cold. Steak was remade but was almost finished eating when it came back out. Asked for a side of ranch with our initial order but never received it.
My order was also wrong, received broccoli which I didn't order. I ordered rice & loaded mashed potato's with my chicken Teriyaki as my 2 sides. The mashed potatoes had skins thrown in them which was odd. Potatoes were cold. Waitress never offered refills during the time that we were there eating.
When receipt came out the order was on one ticket. She never asked if we were on one ticket or if it was a separate ticket. I finally after waiting for 10 minutes was able to get the attention of another waitress (not our waitress) to ask if the ticket could be split so that we could finish paying & leave. The service & food quality today were both not what we were used to at Logan's. Was disappointed overall today.
My sister & I ate at this location (7-2-23) for lunch. No wait time to get a table even though they were somewhat crowded on a Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm. I ordered a steak well done. The waitress said it would take longer to cook since I wanted it well done & I told her that wouldn't be a problem since my sister & I were going to be having appetizers. Rolls were hot & fresh. Baked potato was good but my rice was cold. A different server dropped our meals off at the table & before we could even look at our steaks, she immediately left. My steak was pink even though I requested well done. By the time I returned my steak to the kitchen & received the steak back at our table, I was almost finished eating my meal.
Server was nice but made us feel rushed from the moment we sat down till we were ready to checkout. I hadn't even sat down after briefly leaving the table & giving my sister my drink order & the server was wanting to know what I wanted to eat even though I had just sat down & hadn't even looked over the menu yet. This hurry up & rush continued several times throughout our meal. We had gone out to eat to relax & enjoy our meal but our time here today didn't turn out quite the way we had hoped. Would probably visit this location again when we are...
Read moreWhen I moved to Oklahoma 7 years ago after years of being away, my friends took me to Logan's Roadhouse. I was in love. The atmosphere, the music, the food, the staff... I was blown away.
The next few times after that was the same result.
I'm not sure if the place has come under new management or if something horrible has happened, but Logan's Roadhouse in Midwest City is a shell of it's former self.
I have three incidents in particular that stand out.
The first visit was myself and three other people. We saw the waiter all of maybe three times. No big deal, except my friends steak was way overcooked. In the past the waiter had always waited for me to find out if the steak was done to my liking. Not this time apparently. We didn't see the waiter again until I tracked him down and asked for the check.
I left a review with the receipt info and to my surprise was called by the manager and asked to come back and eat for free with some provided meal vouchers.
So we tried again. This time the waiter was a little more attentive but we waited over an hour to get our meals. Granted, these aren't busy nights. I avoid busy restaurants like the plague and wait until they calm down to go inside. Once again, I left a review detailing my unhappiness and once again, I was surprised with a phone call and more meal vouchers.
At this point I was impressed. I had give two bad reviews and had each time been offered a free meal and a second chance. Perhaps it was me? Maybe four people is too large a party to receive accurate and speedy service?
So I went with just my girlfriend. It was later at night, I had gotten off of work and Logan's was hardly busy.
I ordered the fried cheeseburger on the recommendation of the manager. My girlfriend had a steak. I saw my waiter twice and each time he was incredibly unprofessional. I work in retail environments, primarily as a closing shift and I fully understand being tired and irritable towards the end of your shift, but his callous attitude was unacceptable. My glass remained empty from the time our entrees were brought to us til I had to (once again) track the waiter down for the check.
This time, instead of paying the tab and leaving, my girlfriend, agitated went to speak with the manager. She came back with two free dessert coupons. I elected to leave with her instead of order dessert.
I debated on taking the survey again and finally decided to give my thoughts again on how I felt Logan's had declined since my first visit. I was due to work many hours the next few days and would be unable to answer my phone so I left my girlfriend's number.
She got a phone call the next day from a manager. She describes his attitude as very agitated and when she explained that we had very bad luck with the Logan's on 29th Street in Midwest City, he explained that there WERE other Logan's Roadhouses and suggested we try one of them.
This is unacceptable behavior and I will not step foot back in that establishment.
I realize that just one person isn't enough to force a business to change, and maybe I just came in on three very bad nights. Just understand that I was once a very frequent customer and recommended Logan's Roadhouse to everyone I could. Now I wouldn't recommend Logan's...

The food and service at this location are terrible on May 3rd.
Our teas had to get filled from the bar, which meant our glasses would sit empty for 20 minutes waiting for the one person in the restaurant that is qualified to pour tea. I complained to the waitress and instead of fixing it she just told me the bartender is just really busy.
The fried pickles, onion, and jalapeño appetizer had raw batter in the center of the mass. I was not happy and wanted to complain but decided to let it go.
My burger was stone cold on a stale untoasted roll. The fries were also cold. I sent it back. It was so bad that I didn't dare ask for anything else or a replacement.
The roadhouse chili was hilariously wrong. It was tomato based and somebody used spaghetti sauce instead of tomatoes. It had a strong basil flavor that made me laugh out loud. Since they don't serve spaghetti, I was a bit confused. I sent it back.
My son ordered a French dip. The roll was cold, and the sandwich was inedible due to being way oversalted. The homemade chips were also cold and stale. He couldn't eat it so I sent it back. That kid pretty much eats anything except that.
My wife's ribeye was under cooked and full of gristle. A very low quality cut. She wanted to send it back but was feeling really bad for the waitress, so ate as much as she could. She said it was a "2 out if 5".
When I got my check at the end I was overcharged for the drinks. I had to explain that three peach teas plus one blackberry tea is four teas and there are only three of us to both the waitress and the manager.
I was shocked when management didn't comp the entire meal. It was easily one of my top five worst experiences at a restaurant. I think their kitchen staff just sucks, and management has lost control meaning, that food quality is consistently low so they take whatever they can get instead of fixing the problem.
On the plus side the complementary dinner roles, and peach teas were good, though I'm not sure if the teas are good enough to justify a 20...
