Based off the service alone we will never be back. There were 3 girls working, one of which was absolutely no problem and a sweetheart. The other two, the total opposite. My boyfriend and his little brother and I all decided to stop in for a late snack and Evie and the other girl with the black hair were everything but friendly to us. She gave us the worst attitude we’ve ever seen in a franchise business. She was angry at the fact my boyfriend asked for a substitution on his bowl. Slammed the change into his hands and told us have a great day before our ice cream was even finished being made. The black haired girl stood behind LAUGHING the entire time and they promoted to stand and whisper and cackle at us directly to our faces. The third girl looked completely embarrassed by her coworkers behavior. I really hope they recheck their employee selections before the ratings...

Awful customer service. My wife and I went in for her birthday because she had a BOGO to celebrate. We get to the register to pay and the lady asked us to type in our phone number. So we proceeded to do so- the machine said thanks for entering your information but it did not give us the BOGO. The lady said sorry you don’t have a code I can’t give you the BOGO, we asked very nicely to honor it since my wife had the email showing that we had a BOGO for her birthday. She said sorry there is nothing I can do. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and she needed a code. Mmmmmmm ice cream. They really know how to work the scoops at this cold stone on their cold stones. Place was clean and empty, but who else is getting ice cream at 9pm in January except Quinn The Food Reviewer, walterthefoodreviewer and troops/cousin.
