Iāve given this location multiple chances to get my orders correct & provide good customer service before leaving a negative review⦠but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I literally just got home from picking up my order and am super disappointed. I went to pick up my order and when I walked in I went up to the counter/register⦠There were 4 employees who all looked up at me and saw me walk in⦠They didnāt greet me, but thatās not what Iām upset about⦠The employees were working and talking to each other⦠and as I stood there at the counter patiently waiting for someone to ask how they can help me or assist me, they would just randomly look at me standing there and acting as if I wasnāt even there. I stood there for literally 10 mins (yes I was timing it)ā¦. When a 5th employee walked in (a pizza delivery driver)⦠As he walked in, I asked him if he could help me because I was picking up an order. One of the other 4 employees that were ignoring me that whole time, looked over at me and simply said āname?ā⦠I told them my name, and they walked over to the stack of orders, set it in front of me, and just walked away⦠no thank you, nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. SMH
Then to make matters worse, my order was messed up. I ordered a well-done pizza with half pepperoni and half jalapeƱos. And they completely forgot the pepperoni⦠and it looks like they took a handful of jalapeƱos and just dumped them in one area. Also, itās clearly not well done and is still doughy and undercooked. Smh Also I ordered 6 BBQ wings and 6 honey chipotle wings and they were both BBQ flavored.
Iām not here to get anyone in trouble, but I truly hope ownership and/or management talks to the employees and let them know that their lack of good customer service is unacceptable and trains them again, as well contacts me directly about this experience. I left 1 star āļø but itās really 5 thumbs...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have for years consistently ate Papa John's pizza all over the country. Normally finding great pies and service everywhere I order. This location is the exception. I've ordered probably 5 times since Jan 2025. Of the 5 times, maybe one order was right. To missing the soda that I ordered, pizza being wrong type, last nights order was short the 2 extra garlic sauces I paid for to the absolute best one, I normally pay in cash and did so this particular time. Driver shows up delivers xlarge pie. Roughly $27.00. I hand the driver $40.00, he literally walks away without offering change. I call him to come back and give me my change. He said he didnt have any. So I said aim not giving you a $13.00 tip on a $27.00 pie. He said for me to give him the pizza back, that he didnt have any change, so I did. I called the store and explained what happened. The individual at the store proceeded to apologize and offer me the pizza for free. I said I appreciate it but I dont want a free pie, I just want what I ordered and I wanted to pay for it , I just wasn't giving $13.00 as a tip. She said ok, that she would have one right out to me. I waited for over an hour. Now please keep this in mind, I live .8 miles away. I had to call back to see where the pie was etc. As frustrating as that was, I waited weeks to order again. Maybe they were just having a really bad night. I ordered again last night and didnt receive the extra garlic sauce I ordered. I will not be ordering from this store again. I cannot recommend this store for anything for anybody. Do yourself a favor and order Dominoes, hell buy a Digiorno at the grocery store and save...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt kills me to even write this as I've had great experiences ordering from this location in the past. The past 3 times I've ordered delivery have been a nightmare. The pizza always arrives in 2+ hours and takes forever. It's cold when it gets here and most of the time burnt. I've ordered the buffalo chicken pizza multiple times too and there's never any buffalo sauce on it. Typically I don't mind when drivers take a little longer as I understand that things happen, traffic can be backed up, certain times are busier, etc. but every time I've ordered lately it's been a terrible experience. I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. My pizza today is now 2 hours late and I haven't received any type of phone call or texting even saying anyone's running late. At this point I'm ready to order somewhere else and get my money back. So much for being a generous tipper.
EDITING - the person who delivered our items was VERY nice and accomodating. She was great! I'm sure it wasn't her fault it took forever. I'm placing the blame on the people working...
