Not good this time. You can tell that it is getting harder to get even average help. I could barely understand the female cashier was that first bad sign. My order did appear correct on the screen, first good sign. After paying and waiting I was handed my order. It seemed short so I started to ask but the female said wait she thought something was missing. After a few seconds she said, "nope, you are good".... I left and drove home. After driving 15 minutes home, I quickly realized I was not good. I called the store and spoke with the manager and explained the situation. While not very apologetic, I told him I would come back in, he would take care of it. Upon arrival I stood at the counter for over 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, another bad sign. Someone finally asked me if I had been helped and I explained the situation, the young man told the manager. I watched the manager throw the food together and then come to the counter. He handed me my order and said here you go....I then asked if I could see the manager, unless he were him. He said that I was speaking to him. I forgot to mention that he never introduced himself so I did not know for certain that this was the manager. Another bad sign. I asked him if he were aware of my situation. He said yes, that I was the customer that had pulled off and left part of their order behind. Another bad sign. I corrected his statement and told him the truth. Explaining that while I understand that mistakes happen, lying about what really happened was not acceptable. I finally said, to make up for my inconvenience, how about offering a few empanadas so I could give them to my kids on the second ride home. Another bad sign that I had to offer up a condolence for their mistake. The manager did offer 4 and I thanked him. He did apologize as I was leaving, as little late, but still a good sign. Read moreI made a mobile order around 11:30pm and got there roughly around 11:40pm, I waiting roughly 15mins or more to get to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order just for the guy to say jeez. I then waited another 15mins from telling the worker that to getting my drinks and then another 10 mins or more to get my food. I then drive home, and as I’m getting everything out I noticed I was missing an item, and then found out, another couple items was incorrect, so I grabbed what was wrong and went back. I then waited 15mins to get to the speaker again, and tell them that as the worker was arguing with me about how the items “weren’t missing” even though I never received them and said that the 3 items didn’t come the way I told them and ordered them. After telling them the missing item and what was on it, and telling them the incorrect items were made wrong I waited another 10ish minutes to get to the window and then after he asked what order I had I told him I was the person with the missing/incorrect items. And I then waited an additional 15mins mind you the hours say they’re open until 2am but that only applies to DoorDash orders. And both workers weren’t even there in a uniforms and was very rude when we interacted. So all in all 1hr and 20mins total in a FAST FOOD line is ridiculous. And would advise if anyone go here to just go somewhere else because this would be the 4th time I’ve had to go back and either have my order fixed or be told they can’t refund because it’s not a store...

I waited a couple minutes and then finally a young lady rudely said “We’re closed!” I responded that I placed a mobile order and it was already paid for and the website & hrs on the door said they don’t close until 12am. She rudely replied again, “It doesn’t matter, I said we’re closed.” I asked for her name (Jay) and if she has a manager I can speak with please? She didn’t respond and then after a few moments a gentleman, abruptly& rudely said “We’re closed. She already told we’re closed.” I asked for his name and if he was the manager and he said “Yes, I’m the GM and my name is George and as I said, we’re closed so you can leave.” I asked why he and the other employee are being so rude and how was I going to get my money back… He replied “Ain’t nobody being rude. We told you we’re closed. You’ll get a refund.” - HORRIBLE customer service! HORRIBLE etiquette! Learn how to speak professionally & pleasantly to people! Especially as a MANAGER.
