Let me tell you a tale about how I broke up a long relationship with this Burger King location. It was nearing 10 pm and we had been unable to eat dinner. We decided to order on the BK app. The app stalled and froze during the payment part. It popped up again asking for payment. I payed it. It gave me one order number, 71. I roll up to the drive thru window. Mouth watering and anticipation high. I am a frequent customer so I already knew to tell the name on the order. They say "you have two orders right?" I say "no, I just have order number 71." I proudly flashed my order number. They say that's weird and proceed to take a long time preparing the food. While I am waiting I checked at my credit card statement. I have two charges from them. When they finally come back I ask about it. The manger says "you can cancel the 2nd order from your app. It's easy". Okay, no problem I head home grease bag in hand. When I settle down at home to devour my feast I discover the app will not allow me to cancel the order. I call in and the manger proceeds to tell me that I must surely be mistaken. I'm not wrong. He says "I guess I don't know what to do. I don't much about the app. But there is probably a way to get your money back." I don't feel confident in his lack of confidence. I am buying BK at 10 pm...clearly I don't have money to be throwing around. He says, "I guess you can come back in and we can give you food again." I really don't want any more BK but I really don't have money to waste. I reluctantly head back over. I wait in the long line again. I roll up to the window. The cashier is surprised to see me. I am surprised her manger wouldn't have mentioned this to his employees. The girl spends a long time confirming with her manger what I told her. She comes back. She says "soo... you want the food then?" I say "no I really just want my money back from the accident order, but since no one can do that, yeah, I want the food". The girl huffs and puffs and loudly sighs angrily. She and her coworkers continue to moan and groan about the task. I get my unwanted but unfortunately paid for extra food without a thank you, without a sorry. Just an exasperated sigh. Then the cherry on top. The whopper has two top buns. Read moreI don't know what it is about this Burger King, anytime I order anything with a special request either no mayo no tomato they always mess it up. Well tonight I walked in and the lady looked right at me walked away without saying a word. I stood in the lobby for around 5 minutes, doing the polite cough cough thing to get someone's attention. Finally had to say hello is anyone working and peek my head around the corner to actually get someone to acknowledge me. Once I did get someone's attention they came out from the back, didn't say a word. No hello, Hi how are you doing. It felt like "how dare I asked you to do your job". I ordered my food and double checked that she had it the correct way. I figured with the passive aggressive response that it was. It was correct on the receipt. However when I get home and of course both of my sandwich we're not made the way I requested them. Okay fine I mean I could have delt with that. What I can't deal with is the brown lettuce that looks like it was picked up off the floor. I mean just look at how Brown this it is, just turned my stomach. Guess im just going to toss it in the trash and I have a bowl of cereal. I tries calling them to tell them, and see if it could be replaced. What a joke. Tried to call four times and the phone just rang and rang and rang and then sounded like someone picked it up and hung up without saying anything. Looks like I'm going to have to start driving miles away to make sure I, how do they say... " Have it my way" and get freash food. Instead of going 0.2 miles from my house. Also please understand if this was a one-time thing, sure benefit of the doubt but it's every time I go there. Judging by the other comments I'm pretty sure I won't hear...

Dinning in order got wrong twice being understanding paid for the third time trying to get a plain kids burger still got it wrong (good thing there are no allergies in the family of paying customers.)Two of the other burgers in our order had black moldy tomatoes.....again took it up to get it fixed was informed they would replace the burgers they took off us that we paid for, however the team hang out in the back was far more important. Our kiddos had finished thought I'd make one last attempt to just inform the management of the situation that had just happened. playing the waiting game again to see any staff, and with receipt in hand finally talked to a manger she gave me a blank look and asked if it had happened today. Yes ma'am we even got a broom from staff to clean up our own mess, the establishment needs at least one clean table for customers to come to (dirty tables but a dead crowd hmmm) Not to mention the burgers the front cashier standing there as well at the time who took our food that never got replaced. At this point it's not about being out of pocket for a couple of poorly made Whoppers with moldy tomatoes cause I could really care less about the money or the food it's about such horrible customer service the managnent would not even listen to the situation let alone try any way to fix it but to busy hiding in the back with fellow team members its very unprofessional even for a fast food burger joint.
