We purchased a house that has an antenna in the attic but couldn’t get the coax outlets the bedrooms to get a digital signal from the antenna. John scheduled a time to come and look at the antenna, he called before he came and arrived on time. He was very pleasant about going up into our dirty attic to see what is going on. From there he was able to trace the antenna line to our basement and discovered that each of the rooms were wired but disconnected from a splitter. Really simple fix to reconnect and now all the connections are working. John charged a very minimal fee for the visit and was really great to work with. Be very careful with this guy!! I had called this business to repair my Samsung Smart TV. At first it sounded promising. He asked for a $20 deposit in case he couldn't fix it and I wanted to leave the TV with him to "dispose of." When I asked how long it would take, he said "a couple of days." I had to call back 3 times and each time he couldn't remember what I was talking about. After nearly 2 weeks he never actually opened it up to see what was wrong. Very unprofessional and almost bizarre like he is hoping that you leave the TV with him so he can make money on the parts and gets to keep $20 dollars...

Called Saturday morning and he was able to come out Saturday about 4:00, was just coming out to look at and set up appointment for another day, ended up installing the antenna,ended up with 72 channels, very quick, professional, and friendly. With the price including his antenna it was less expensive than other places. would defiantly use again...
