This location disgusts me. I come in often and I read my books online watch educational videos on my phone and eat there me and my 3 year old son for weeks now. Sometimes I order sometimes I don't but had no issues prior to today. Today, the place where I live is doing maintenance and they asked us to be out from 12:30 to 3:30 so I sat there longer that I usually do for at least 2 and a half hours and honestly on a regular I sit there for at least over an hour if not 2 hrs..Long story short, came in ordered my meal w my son ate for a bit ordered more food ate some more and started reading online and an employee which he told me he's the general manager at this is store told me "not kicking you out or anything BUT after today you can't just sit here anymore you've been here for three hours." I said I hadn't but I have been here for a while am I bothering anyone is this store policy cause if so I haven't seen it read any sign or anything online for this location about it he said no but you can't just sit here and "post up here anymore" I said "post up"? And he literally looked at me as if I were stupid even though I repeated the stupidity that came out of his own mouth! Then I asked him how long can I sit here he said about 15 minutes maximum... Unbelievable and DISGUSTING that I literally am being singled out and don't know why.... I sit and write read eat etc in this location ON PURPOSE because the first visits I've had at this location which is in Marquette I've observed and I have seen and still see multiple people including college students and lawyers and people in suits that work for major companies come in grab a bite and do work on their laptop or read or write and I've never seen anyone specifically the "general manager" get told the things I did today basically asking me to leave. I proceeded to ask the young man for the Store manager hours and if I could contact with him in anyway allowed and he wouldn't tell me his name after asking him 3 times repeatedly. he finally did and then gave me his email and said "He's just going to tell you the same thing I just said but in a much worse way". I said I didn't ask you that it's unsolicited I don't need you to tell me anything other than what I asked you for. I called and was assured our money would come back (mine did, the other persons has not yet). I ended up placing a single order and paying for it. Two combos and a pickle for delivery. The store forgot our pickle, no biggie. It happens.I called the store to inform them, was put on hold and someone who I'm assuming was the manager came on and said "Yeah. What do you want us to do about that?" I simply asked for a refund for the pickle as getting it delivered would be ridiculous. Whoever was on the phone goes "Best I can do is store credit." Read moreI placed a catering order for delivery @ noon. My delivery was 1 hour late. I call several times and encountered rudeness from the various individuals answering the phone; with one phone I was on hold for 3.19 minutes. The attitude of this location giving me the impression of doing me a favor and I was bothering them was totally unacceptable & unprofessional. If you received a catering order 7 days before, it seems to me that based on time request for delivery, these should have taken precedence vs. a back seat of you wait until we get to your order. This location and owner/manager need training of leadership and organizational skills!
