Murphy's Irish Pub — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Good music..wasn't busy when I went there. But seems like a good place.. That was the 1st time I went there.. The 2nd time(3/17) let's just say the vibe was..isolating to say the least🤭. OK. I'm black, OK 6'4..alright..I had these white men scared of me lol. The women were all eyes as always but the men instantly felt some kind of way...Ok first issue I was in the military. I don't respond well to people staggering up to me to ask for my ID. That was the 1st issue ( the worker asking for my ID was drunk btw) I politely gave it to him and he gave it back and literally ran off like he was just some random guy honestly. I felt weird about that. I walked up to the bar said hello to get a drink and the servant boy ignored me. Said hey 2x before I was fed up and made him confront me. he told me he didn't even work there! Though he was serving drinks and cleaning the while bar. I will never come back here again. Not that it's important I'm vegan and don't drink much so I don't usually do what the animals do often. Terrible place to go until...

Came in with a group of friends (a diverse group), bartenders were extremely inattentive and seemed to be prioritizing certain people over others. It took over 30 minutes to get a beverage. Later in the night, when the bartender (dark brown hair with glasses-didn’t catch a name) was trying to speak to one of my friends who is from a different country, I tried to explain to him that there is a language barrier and raising his voice is not the way to communicate with him. He immediately said “what, no habla español” in a very demeaning tone and was attempting to be slick.
