This was the worst delivery I have ever experienced, I will never buy anything from this company again, my delivery time was for 11am to 1pm, then I got a call 15 min before delivery saying that the delivery driver have a flat tier, so now they will be here at 4pm. Well 5pm came along no delivery so as I'm about to call the company, I received a call from them saying the delivery guys haven't came in yet and they will deliver between 7pm or 8pm just a waste of my time all day. Finally they arrived after 8pm. When they arrived one of the guys said are you up or down, I said up, so he said that I have to pay them $40 to bring my bed room set, entertainment, and floor lamp up the stairs, well NO I payed for the delivery already, as they were bringing my things.

Up the stairs they were handing it very roughly pulling the plastic on my mattress and boxspring have wholes in the plastic, dragging it dropping it hard they flipped my dresser upside-down and left it that way. I'm taking pictures of everything thing I open up. Never ever again. They handled my things like they didn't give a dam.

I swear this was the most unprofessional experience i ever had!! It all started off fine. They safely delivering my items, next thing i know i realized i had the wrong items!!! Also it was written on one of the boxes that the insert to my tv stand was missing!! I then called them about the issue, and they informed me that they sent my stuff to someone else, so after a couple hours one of them brought me a tore box full of my items!!! Come to find out, it was missing parts as well!!! He ended up leaving someone elses table in my house and ended up calling me early in the morning to get it!!! Smh!! I told him about my missing parts and he proceeded to throw around my living room the pieces to my chairs Styrofoam and box pieces to find them! The missing parts ended being in his car!! This was the worst delivery experince i ever had!!! And, i still have parts missing to one of my items!!! Smh!!! This was extremely unprofessional and he showed that he didnt respect care about me or my place of living i feel violated!!! Wouldnt recommend anyone to...

I paid for a bed with a matress for $400 and they said it will deliver on Tuesday by 5 pm. On the same day I called to make sure it will be delivered. They said it is not ready yet it needs one more day. We went to their store trying to get it the same day as they said at first, but the seller called Emad tried very hard to convince us to take the queen bed with the same price as we paid for the full and we dont have to pay the delivery charge. At the same day the bed has delivered to my apartment but without assembling. We called Emad asking how are going to sleep without assembled bed ! he said he can send someone the next day for &79 to assemble the bed ! Although he wasn't on time, he cheated us and wasnt clear. I dont know if the new bed worths the same price or not. I dont know the brand just he said it is similar to ashley's.
