I came around 4:45pm on May 17th to this location and I do not plan on returning to this location and will be recommending my friends and peers not to dine here either.
Observations made during this visit: One team member on the line with 3 customers waiting to be served, team member Eli chatting with cook who told him to help out, but still refused to Team member Eli was eating chips in the back, visible to guests, and did not wash hands when he came up to the front of house. Disgusting. Eli had no sense of urgency and a terrible work ethic during my visit. He obviously did not care to put customers as a priority. He made it seem like he was doing ME a favor by ringing me up. Not to mention he was very obviously doing nothing productive and made many customers during my visit wait at the cash register to be rung up. Very frustrating to see. Manager-on-duty was nowhere to be seen front of house until I requested to speak with him
What I took away from this visit: Management at this store does not hold crew accountable, which led to my server on the line to be visibly frustrated Management at this store does not uphold cleanliness standards Giving guests a pleasant and memorable experience is not a priority at this store.
I love Chipotle as a brand, however, the execution at this store, during my visit, was abysmal and I do not plan...
Read moreI usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience today was absolutely disgusting. I walked in at open, and they were still sitting up. That’s not the issue. The issue is the cleanliness. Counters looked to be dirty from the night before. The guy in front of me ordered a burrito with guacamole. When the lady rolled his burrito, she got guac all over her hands. She needed an extra tortilla, so she went and heated one up, then proceeded to sit the extra tortilla on the dirty counter. Rolled the burrito onto the dirty counter in order to place the extra tortilla under it. Then when she was done, she tried to take my order without changing her guac filled gloves. I don’t eat guacamole and I don’t want it in my bowl. On top of all of this, the lady had no sense of portions. She was piling the toppings on like I’ve never seen before. She was scooping everything like I asked for extra. I didn’t even get everything on it I usually do, because I was disgusted with her at this point. I didn’t want to be rude and just walk away, I also had no other options at the time, so I had to deal with this, but it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at chipotle. Sour cream took over the...
Read moreBest chipotle experience of my life. We ordered chicken tacos and a black berry Izzie for myself and a quesadilla and sprite for my girlfriend. Her order came just how she wanted. Mine however had a few lovely customizations. First off my “chicken” tacos. The team at Chipotle did a wonderful job rolling up my tacos into a baseball sized lump so that by the time I unrolled it and peeled the tacos apart from each other (ripping the tortillas during the effort) I discovered to my absolute joy that they hadn’t included the chicken. Instead I had a soggy lump of tortilla, sour cream, corn, and pico. Good on the team at Chipotle for knowing I had an unhealthy chicken addiction that needed to be curbed. In addition to my vegan baseball tacos, I also received a present I didn’t order. A brown rice, pinto bean, and veggie bowl. No meat, no toppings. I gotta give it to them they really are committed to forcing me into veganism. And finally my blackberry izzie. I get it, maybe they didn’t have one and this was a genuine swap. But it’s just really the cherry on top. Thanks for having my best interest in mind Chipotle. I’m currently searching for the top vegan diets and another dinner...
