Corner Coffee — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I started out this review with 3 stars but after they remade my order, I had to change it to 1. I have been a fairly regular customer here for a while and man, what the heck happened??? I know that when you want lunch, you order ahead, so I did. I got my usual uber-ito, no onions. Picked it up, sat down, and it was basically an onion, spinach, and cholula wrap. Went to the counter and the girl looked like she had no idea what to do. They remade it but I had to hurry back to work because my break was almost over. I slowly ate it while I worked but it was nothing like the delicious uberitos I've had in the past. Didn't have a bite of egg until the end, but I could barely taste it because the thing was dripping in cholula and my mouth was on fire (don't come at me- I'm norwegian, ok?). Not a very sanitary place... I watched the lady making my sandwich go in the back (with the same gloves on), wipe her nose with her hand, move a few shipping boxes, then return to the griddle where my sandwich was being made (with the SAME gloves on). She denied getting ready to touch the food when I asked her to switch her gloves and was kind of rude when I told her I saw what she did. She went in the back with my croissant for a bit before finishing up my breakfast. I kindly threw it in the trash when I got to work, not trusting what she did to my food in the back of the restaurant. The staff aren't that nice (a gentleman here really is great). I Never thought about rating a coffee shop before but this one I do. If you are a "COOL BEAN" and love beautiful atmosphere, lots of good looking people, men and women, arts, urban life styles, you name it! Corner coffee is a place to go and chill. The workers WILL know you by your name in the next minute, they will greet you by your name anytime your walk, with positive attitudes. I love coffee shops, with my African background, and an European life styles, going to coffee shops are an addictions for me. This is the best place!
