Instesd of going with the standard lunch sizes, I opted to order from the dinner menu. (They have two menus: just an all day menu with smaller portions and a dinner menu with larger portions.) Part of the entree included a ginger salad which turned out to be iceberg lettuce, finely sliced red cabbage, carrots and 1 slice of tomato with a side of ginger sauce.
