My Burger - Skyway — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I decided to try My Burger after seeing a couple of colleagues carrying their orders back to the office. The burgers looked good, so I decided to try it when I was in the mood for a burger. I went there expecting a made to order burger. The cashier was pleasant and friendly. I stood for only a few minutes and then my order was announced. I was surprised by the short wait time (again, I thought it would be made to order). I took a peak inside and it didn't have that fresh look and it didn't taste like a fresh off the grill burger. It was a disappointment and my stomach felt a little upset afterwards. If I ever go back again, I will ask for...

Don’t. I repeat DON’T order the “crispy” chicken sandwich. This sandwich looked, and tasted, like an elementary school cafeteria sandwich. As you can see from my photos, the texture looks and tastes like an oversized Chicken McNugget (previously frozen ground up chicken bits). Horrible and disgusting. I’m shocked that an establishment, other than McDonald’s, actually serves up a “crispy” chicken sandwich like this. I had to give this place 2 stars because of the fries. Their Cajun fries were chefs kiss if not for the fries, I would give this sandwich a negative 30...

I was downtown with a friend for lunch and we decided to walk to MyBurger. It wasn’t too hard to find once in the skyway system. We arrived around 12:30 so unsurprisingly it was very busy. The employees were a little short and not the most friendly. They called people’s order numbers pretty quietly for how loud it was during the lunch rush and you had to be really listening closely as we watched a few people miss their orders. However the food was fresh and tasted great so it made up for the service which is understandable for downtown...
