Great go-to spot for your pho fix in the skyways. ~$11 is a fair value for the quality you get. Skyway food tends to be expensive so I don’t mind. Their pho broth is ever so slightly on the fatty side, but it has a nice clean taste and is well seasoned. I think it could afford to have a stronger herbal aroma but that’s just my preference. You don’t really need to add anything else, but they do have a self serve station for lime, hoisin sauce, and sriracha as well as complimentary water cups. You can ask for a small side of chili oil as well. They typically include raw onions in the pho but I order mine without them.

I’ve also had their other menu items a few times. Their banh mi is nice and simple. Not super remarkable but I’ve ordered it plenty of times so that counts for something. It pairs well with a side of their broth. Their shrimp spring rolls are really great and have a lot of flavor with plenty of protein. Their noodle salad bowl is good too!—doesn’t stand out as much to me but it’s a pretty decent choice.

Their quality and service is really great. It’s a huge contributing factor. Staff is super friendly and you can also get a punch card for pho/noodle salad bowls (buy 9 to get the 10th free). Their ingredients are super fresh every time I order, so I love that I can count on that. Packaging is also well thought out. I love the little plastic soup spoon.

As I walked into Savoure it was as if I had been teleported into a small sliver of Vietnamese culture. The aroma of freshly stewed broth and grilled meat fills your nostrils as you’re greeted by a warm smile and familiar face. The menu isn’t overly complicated, simple and clean. A few items done the right way. Although I’ve never been to Asia, a single mouthful of warm pho, sprinkled with a nibble of pork and fresh vegetables engulfed me into a world I never knew. I navigated my way through a beautifully constructed dish, slurping up every ladle full of the most delicious fulfilling stew I’ve ever ventured through. As if the entree wasn’t enough, you’re topped off with the most playful and fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls that would make you think the shrimp was caught right here in Minnesota. I went on a holiday when they were rarely not busy. They were one of the few places open since they are so new. Got to talk to the staff and they are so friendly and helpful, they really put their heart into this place and you can tell. Tried the beef and chicken banh mi, and they are the best banh mi I have found in the city, especially for a reasonable price!! This is the only place my Vietnamese fiancé and I will go now.
