Sorrento Cucina Due — Restaurant in Minneapolis

We were at a private even where Sorento was the food provider. The pizza for being offsite from their restaurant was phenomenal. I would put easily put it as a top 3 pizza in the metro and this was baked offsite. What really impressed me was the owners dedication to serving the customers. My girlfriend is celiac and cannot have gluten at all. When asked about the gluten free crust we were originally told no they did not have any with at this event. About 15 minutes passed and the owner came and found us to tell us that he went and got a gluten free crust to fit her dietary needs so she could eat and enjoy the event and their delicious pizza. Solely based off the owners actions and care for his customers he has made Sorento Cucina our number one pizza place. I will proudly support this establishment for as long as I am in the metro. They truly care about their customers...

Everything about this restaurant is perfect.

I have become somewhat of a regular here and the man always serves my food with a smile and we frequently talk about our lives. They don't just serve you your food, you pay, and then you leave. Though you could, they make you feel very welcomed the moment you step into this small but proud restaurant.

Speaking about the food, nothing else in the area compares to thier pasta. They have an excellent recipe for thier Rosa sauce, and if you'd like what I normally get: Penne Rosa with chicken parmesan.

The lasagna is my favorite, and I am slowly making my way around the menu. The chicken Parmesan was tender and delicious! The Greek salad was huge and out of this world made to order!!! Five stars on the food and only deducting one star for atmosphere due to the skyway location. It’s too bad they don’t have room for a few cozy booths here because this food makes my want to sit down with friends and family.
