DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every time I come here the employees never seize to amaze me on how they treat customers. They do not care about customer service and speak to you in such a negative way. Along with not caring about you as I came a couple months ago and they mopped the floors and never put a wet floor sign up and my crutches slipped and fell and hurt my foot more and they did not care a single bit. They will clean right in front of you while you’re still eating and even sweep your foot if it’s in their way :) the management does not care about having nice employees or employees who care. The company does not give a crap about customer service and it shows every time I come to this location. It is a shame because I will go spend $5 more somewhere else than come here. And even when I give it a try again thinking maybe there’s new people, yes, there are but they are all the same. Along with having theirs tvs turned off so you can’t even see what to order!

Ordered via uber eats. One photo is the picture and description of the item I ordered. The other is the photo of the item I received. There's no peanut butter sauce, there's no chopped up reeses peanut butter cups. I don't care for reeses pieces and would not have ordered this monstrosity if this was the description on the food app. Update your descriptions or send the right product that people pay for.

Let me say to management, your Drive up window person today was an rude short unfriendly person taking my order today! I ask what Ice Cream flavors do you have, she said 28 you will just have to come in for the list to many to name short rudely she said. No one behind us no one when we left. Our scoop of Ice cream and mild shake cost $11.50 and took 15 minutes at 4pm. Not the kind of experience I have ever had at other locations. Mint Hill is a blemish on the brand. First and last time for me at your location....

Haven't taken my kids for ice cream in a while. Saw baskin robins and decided to stop. All the ice cream was stacked on top of one another and on one side had plastic over them. I understand they need to clean but it's 3pm on a saturday. Do the cleaning before you close. Got a brownie sundae and had no hot fudge. But didn't tell me until after they warmed brownie and added ice cream. My daughter went to use the bathroom and ladies was out of order. She used the men's and soap dispenser wasn't working. Bad...
