Was very disappointed. Went there friday and asked if there was any specials and was told no. So we ordered 1 medium supreme pizza with no sausage on thin crust my daughter repeated it 3 times 1 medium meat lovers add jalapeños on hand tossed and 1 medium pepperoni on hand tossed 1 honey bbq boneless wings 1 honey bbq traditional and 1 buffalo traditional. The cost was 70 after tip. I took a picture of the receipt i was given to sign so i could so i could send it to the guys i was getting the pizza for. I get there at my dads job and everyone was upset the supreme had sausage and was on garlic thin the pepperoni was on garlic hand tossed (this was my pizza it was gross not a garlic fan) i was never given a copy of my receipt but the guys i sent the copy to said the pizzas should of been 2 any topping medium pizza at 699 a piece instead i was charged 12 something a pizza. I had to hurry and get my kids to school so i called instead of going up there and got no where. I feel scammed and they didnt even make the pizzas right. I wont be back. From now on i will order somewhere else and take it to my dads work. Very disappointed. Over charged for nasty incorrect pizza. And the guy was rude dont know how many times we repeated ourselves he acted as though we were bothering him. horrible customer service...
Read moreI ordered my food around 4pm and at 4:32 it was out for delivery, I live 5mins from the store. 5 o’clock still no food delivered. I called the store just to be put on hold for 13mins by the STORE MANAGER Tyler, within this time I got dressed and arrived at the store. Only to be told by this MANAGER that my order was voided cause the driver claimed my address was invalid. Yet last week I ordered the same thing to the same address with NO ISSUES. Now today they’re telling me it’s invalid and I was called by the driver to tell me that. Oh but to add on, no phone call was actually made to me. All bs. Now the manager tells me there’s nothing he can do, I need to call customer service and he won’t help me ect. Plus he wants us to move out the way and not help us cause he refuses to. So I asked for the district manager number and reach out to him to finally be helped. Which luckily he was very nice and helped me. But overall this store is crappy. It needs better management. This so called manager needs to be let go. He doesn’t care about any of the customers. He’s the one who put me on hold claiming he didn’t and the driver comes in saying she even TOLD HIM to answer the phone and give us a response. And he chose not to and to lie. However, that was not the case the employee “Judy” who claims to be a manager was very rude and unprofessional even going as far as yelling and cussing at myself and the DoorDash driver who showed up after close trying to pick up my order. I had called to see if my order was going to be able to be delivered to which she informed me that the order was canceled Because “The order sat here ready for 45 minutes” Which was a lie because I didn’t even place it with 45 minutes left till close. I was never notified That my order was canceled, So when I called to inquire about how to make sure that they wouldn’t keep sending DoorDash drivers to pick up my order she replied “they will find out when they get here that the doors are locked.” When I asked to speak to somebody higher than her, she repeatedly kept telling me “I am the manager, and I don’t know what any good that would do for you.”The rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service absolutely does not deserve to have a job Let alone of management position.
