If I could give 4.75 or 4.9 out of 5 I would. I rarely give a 5 unless it is absolutely beyond stellar in both product and customer service.
This was my first visit to a Smoothie King and the Smoothie I had (Island Impact) tasted great. The employees were also very friendly as well as focused on their work, I would not have asked for them to do more.
The store owner asked what it would take to have been a 5. I will answer but am reluctant, as everything was Great and I'm afraid my answer may sound like a criticism which it is not.
As I stated at the beginning I reserve 5 of 5's for only the most stellar experiences/product combinations. So in order for this to have been a 5 out of 5 the employees would have had to have caught on to the fact I mentioned this was my first time and used that as a launching pad to basically hold my hand and walk me through the process and philosophy of your unique take on "healthy" smoothies.
I did mention I was wanting something with Mango's and high protein and thought I might order a MangoFest with a protein boost. The employee suggested I go with the Island impact as it already had protein. I took their suggestion and did like it. Though later when looking up the nutritional value I am not sure if 13g Protein is what I would have called "High Protein" I was hoping for something more along the lines of 20+g. But I did not make that clear and I was still very happy with the smoothie. So the product also would have needed to be higher in protein and fiber as well if possible to offset the natural sugars of the fruits.
But I will definitely be back and also recommend it to others that haven't...

There was even online orders getting done ahead of mine. They walked right in and got theirs. They left one sitting there melting while I waited 20 min to the other two. Read moreSo I'm going to rate this review a 0. So I get sick and tired of establishments setting their closed ng time and employees who work for the company decide to close the store down on their own it when they feel like it.
I work late sometimes and getting back o smoothie king before close is hard I arrive at 8:50 pm and the store doesn't close until 9:00 pm and they're closed.
So I call the store to find out information as to when they close and the employee tells me we close at 9 but pretty much their closed.
I said could I have the managers name so I can make a complaint and the guy tells me to call in the morning.
