New China Town — Restaurant in Mission

I checked out their online website for pricing and the menu. It said I could order a General Tso Chicken for $10.29 and add a large Plain Fried Rice for $1.50. I called in and ordered that same exact thing expecting the price to be around $12. When I picked up my order, the total came out to almost $19. I pointed out the website pricing to the cashier and he said he’d fix it. He went to the back, dumped out the fried rice into a small rice container and I assume he threw away the rest. I ended up getting the pricing I was expecting but for an order including a Small Fried Rice instead of a Large Fried Rice. Being that I was planning on sharing this food with someone else, it was very inconvenient I didn’t receive the large fried rice I was expecting. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but I do find it disrespectful when restaurants don’t honor their pricing. That is why I’m leaving this review. As for the food, it’s pretty decent. First time trying and have to say this is a really yummy Chinese restaurant , I've eaten at alot and this is best tasting inexpensive one I've been too so far , and will be back again too yay , so far everything I've ordered is really really good and specially for picky people it's really good. FOLLOWUP THIS PLACE GAVE ME FOOD POISONING AND THIS TIME THE FOOD TASTED BLAND AND LIKE SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT AND COME TO FIND OUT SLOPPY COOKING. Food was good. Pick-up experience not so much. 1st time customer. Had to call in the order. Did so right outside the door looking at the menu in the window. Cashier wanted a credit card number. Said I would pay when the food was ready. Took my phone number. Didn’t give me a wait time or call me back. Went to the vestibule after 20 mins. Server came out. Table was blocking the second door with condiments and utensils on it. $8 cash was laying on the table. Turns out that was for me. Server threw my sack of food on the table then hurried away. I had a $20 and asked about the change. She said it was on the table. She took the 3 ones then hurried away again. I placed the $20 down and took my sack of food.
