I really can’t begin to say, that I am repeatedly disappointed every time I go here. So, I’m stopping going here. One person dropped my bag out the window onto the ground and blamed me for not catching it. Several times they dropped my payment and change and gave me back what I handed them minus the change expecting me to pick up the change that dropped on the ground. Almost every time my order has been wrong. They’ve charged me for chips and kickin sauce that they never put in the bag. IF they give me a napkin, it’s one napkin- not 3 or 4. They will not cut sandwiches in half. I have left money for tips periodically hoping I’m getting good service and finding out when I got home that I paid for food I did not receive AND REWARDED them with a more money for it by ignorantly tipping them! I just went here with my partner and the little blonde at the cash register had absolutely no customer service skills. No one said anything to us when we walked in, and when my boyfriend asked if he could build his own sandwich, the lady just looked at us and then turned to her coworker to ask them. The coworker said yes, and the cashier continued to say nothing. We made our orders, got our sandwiches to find that they messed one of them up. I asked for my receipt and the blonde crumpled it up and threw it away without saying anything. Read morePlaced an order at 4pm today using the app. Waited for 2hrs with no updated on delivery. Called the store 3 times over 30 minutes and eventually someone answered who said that they are not actually doing delivery at the moment and the order was instead scheduled for 11am tomorrow. I cancelled the order and will not be placing one in the future. I understand being short staffed but there really needs to be some notice to customers on the app that delivery isn't an option. Really not impressed
edit/update reviewed the app and there is a small section in the checkout that has the date and time. It defaults to the next available and I've never had this be an issue before. I take partial blame in the poor experience but I feel it needs to be made clear if delivery isn't available same day....
