In the past week, I have picked up from here 3 times as I am a delivery driver to supplement my income as a single mom. Very unprofessional, neglectful, and rude. The first time a gentleman stood in front of me for over 3 minutes, saw me but didn’t acknowledge me. Then finally looked and me and said, “Do you have an order or something?”. When I told him the order id, he went back grabbed it, and tossed it onto the counter then laughed with another lady in the back. The second time I picked up from this place, there was a small group of 4 people (the gentleman and other lady that were there from the previous time and 2 more) standing back from the counter. I stood at the counter for several minutes before a younger lady from the back came up, took the order id, and went to check on my order. She went to the group and said “She is waiting on this order.” The 2 from the previous time just said, “We know.” They had never even acknowledged me and then once again, the order was tossed onto the counter in front of me. The last time their lobby was locked early so I sat in the drive thru. There were 4 cars in front of me. I waited 52 minutes. They would take a order, the car would go wait at the window, and the next car would get to the ordering speaker in silence for anywhere between 7-16 minutes. Then the same for the next car. When I finally got to the window, the lady from the previous 2 times and another lady were throwing cups and other items at eachother, laughing, and standing next to the drive thru window. They never acknowledged or told me they were working on the food. I waited at the window for another 8 minutes. When she gave me the food she just handed it to me and said “Theres your food”. I am a door dash driver and I refuse to take orders from them, and I know several others that feel the same way. While they don’t seem to care because they know I am a delivery driver, it’s their customers that are suffering. The last order took 79 minutes to deliver and it was at the University, right across the river. This used to be one of the main McDonalds I would take my family to and I would not take my kids there unless...

If there was a worst employee of the month award I know who to give it to. The person in the back that looks like a girl with short dark hair. I ordered a bacon cheese 1/4 cheese burger with mayo. They bring it to the truck and as usual I check the order because I don’t live close. Come to find out there is not bacon on the sandwich. I checked the other sandwich’s to see if a mistake was made. No bacon to be seen. I went into the lobby and asked for the mistake to be fixed considering I didn’t get what I payed hard earned money for. The gentleman I talked to handled it very properly. The manager talked to me to see if it was a single or a double. I showed her the whole sandwich as well and we confirmed it was a single….. but the person in the back with darker short hair made it very known that she though I was a liar and that she definitely put bacon on it. She stated multiple times in my 10 minute wait that she knew she put bacon on it and I was lying. She even said I probably just threw the bacon in the trash to get a new sandwich. Check your cameras I guarantee 1 she didn’t put bacon on my order and 2 if she put bacon on a sandwich it was unwanted and someone will be getting a surprise. Personally if you can’t do your JOB without learning from your mistakes you should be fired or under serious supervision. I have no complains about anyone else working there and I am grateful they got me the proper sandwich but that particular employee can stick it where the sun don’t shine. I hope she is at least corrected for calling me a liar or any other customer a liar when she just made a mistake. Mistakes happen own up to them and live and learn. I have never had an experience like this before and I hope no one else has to go threw this grief when just getting the food...
Read moreOn July 18th 2025 I walked into McDonald's to get myself something to eat as I was hungry upon walking in and waiting for my turn to make my order one of the workers wives was finishing up talking to him or went back to work wife was looking at a blizzard sign up on the registry turned around and looked at me and looked away and said yuck I am sorry that my current situation has trouble me not to be able to wash my clothes not shower not shaved and just have normal likelihood things but people in this world don't have to make it harder on others that are struggling with whatever it may be in their life always remember to respect yourself respect others be kind and pay it forward if you don't respect yourself you're not going to respect others and I believe McDonald's should have a meeting with all employees addressing respect and proper etiquette with customers non-judgment against race sex origin disability. As well the gentleman at the register continue to stare at me when said woman said that comment to me I felt and feel real ugly coming into his McDonald's this would be my last time coming in here and I believe I'm going to make sure that the CEO of McDonald's corporation and the owner of the store are doing noted and aware of situations like that are that are going on missing small but when you don't know what somebody else is dealing with in their daily life and someone does that and again remember to respect yourself you don't respect yourself you're going to respect others be kind pay it forward love be passionate most of all have integrity..
