I am disabled, and have a compromised immune system so I cannot enter the restaurant as it's unsafe for me (Wendy's N.Reserve). My lunch is only 30 minutes long and the line is usually a 15 mibute wait. Today I ordered my chili but noticed after I left the window that I did not get a spoon to eat my food. I drove back and instead of again waiting in the line I parked near drive through window and waited until there was a lag at the window and walked over to ask for a spoon. At that point, I was berated about being at drive up window - he wouldn't let me explain any reasoning, just reiterated over & over that I can't do that. I said I was aware of danger, but I got eye contact from the driver prior, waited for the lul, etc. He ended up yelling at me after I walked away, letting the next car progress forward. We are in Montana, and certainly some rare exceptions should be able to be made. His unwillingness to even listen is what was the worst part. Read moreTerrible experience with customer service at the drive thru windows. First window I had to wait over 5 minutes just to pay for my food. Had to ask the employee who was dumping the garbage outside to get help. After he got a hold of the girl who was cashier, she decides to come back with attitude and continue to giggle and smirk on her headset with other employees. I assume that was the the next window at pickup, since he's giggling around and taking his time also. Ordered 2 frosty which have melted by time I received them, just to find out (after I received my order very slowly) I have received 2 sandwiches completely wrong from which I ordered! I had to turn around and go back inside to receive the right sandwiches. The manager did his job and handled it very professionally and corrected my order as he told me that I wasn't the only one who has came back with complaints and has noted what had happened. Read moreIt's only 3 stars because of my personal preference that if you're going to work around other people's food then you should wear a hairnet for those with longer hair. It seemed to me that this particular Wendy's doesn't require that. Otherwise it's exactly what you'd expect if you've ever been to a Wendy's. Comfortable and clean interior with a nice seating area by the faux fireplace. The service was fast considering the amount of they were doing during my visit so no complaints there. The food was fresh and good, by good I mean the sandwiches were clean and contained without a lot of condiments oozing out that will ultimately end up on your hands. I did find the fries slightly salty but that doesn't mean that you will. Despite no one wearing a hairnet there was no hair in my food, I was slightly surprised to be honest. Overall, it was what I've come to expect from Wendy's and my only concern is the not wearing of hairnets even if it didn't effect my meal on...
