Awful!!! Go to another McDonaldâs. I placed my curbside order on July 7, 2020. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Called to see why it was taking so long...no response. The phone just rang and no answer. Finally, I had to leave my 3 daughters in the car and went inside. I see a big bag with curbside sticker on it just sitting on the counter. I patiently wait for someone to help me. One of the workers there (a fat young African American female) asked what I needed in a rude tone. I told her that I had placed a curbside order over 30 minutes ago and was still waiting on my food. She responded to, âwell are you sure you placed it because I donât have a curbside order.â I showed her the order confirmation on my phone and see said, âoh this must be itâ pointing to the big bag sitting on the counter. Then she turned around like nothing and didnât even had the courtesy to apologize for the wait. I opened the bag to make sure that was my order. I was missing a chocolate milk (not to mention that the food was cold...but I didnât say anything about that, I just ask for the missing chocolate milk. I asked the same female worker for the milk and she rolls her eyes and slams it on the counter. At this time Iâm upset due to her lack of customer service. I was the one who was waiting over 30 minutes for my food, but all of a sudden she is the one with the attitude. I asked to speak to the manager. She told a young petite Hispanic girl that I wanted to talk to a manager. To make the story shorter than it is, supposedly the manager was not there at the time so the Hispanic worker actually looked inside my bag and said, âoh no, Iâm sorry about this and your food is cold, we are going to remake your order.â I didnât ask them to remake my food but Iâm glad she actually took that initiative to make things better. She proceeded to do my order and gave me everything.    Read moreThe staff are usually very sweet but never get anything on time. I don't eat at McDonald's often (maybe once a month) and don't usually mind a little wait but this time I had enough. I had just gotten off a long late shift and had to drive an hour to get my son from my mother's house and go home, I had to work in the morning and didn't have time nor the energy to cook so this seemed like a decent option at the time. I got to the end of the mcdonalds line and was asked to pull to the front to wait for my order at 8:07. I had ordered chicken nuggets, fries, a burger and a drink. Not a particularly large order, enough to share between me and my child. Now I have a baby asleep in the car and I am pregnant so I'm starving and didn't want to wake my baby to go in the restaurant, and after 30 minutes I wanted to go in and tell them to just cancel it but they locked the doors and were telling people the inside restaurant was closed now, and I didn't want to wait in line AGAIN. I had someone come out and apologize to me 3 ish times, except the manager. All she said was "oh they burned the nuggets" and walked away. They even came out to get my receipt to remember what I ordered. I watched a good 40 cars get their orders (I stopped counting after 35 and just guessed after that) I didnt leave the restaurant until 9:04 (so almost exactly an hour wait). They forgot my sauces, the fries had no salt and by that time the ice in my drink melted and it tasted like watered down sprite and the burger was COLD.    Read moreFOOD DELIVERY CUSTOMER WARNING: If you order from this McDonald's thru Doordash or GrubHub, or any other delivery service, make sure you check your bag immediately upon receipt and call your food delivery service if there are mistakes!! I picked up two orders from this place to deliver to customers and BOTH TIMES I had to make the employee open the bag to double check the order was right, and BOTH times they were WRONG!! I only realized I had to do this the first trip because the customer ordered a Blue Rasberry frozen drink, so it was obvious when they put it in the wrong bag to start. When I brought it to her attention, she switched the receipt tags on the bag to match what I was picking up! Because this was a very suspect move, I told her to open the bag and check to make sure the food inside was correct for the receipt tag. I had to ask her twice to do this before she did. Lo and behold it was NOT the correct food!! So she opened a different delivery bag, took its food out, and swapped it with what was in the bag I was picking up!
Second time I went today, knowing what happened earlier, I made the employee open the bag, again initially the employee questioning my motives. Lo and behold again, the wrong food was in the bag!!
This place better hire new employees who pay attention and care about getting customer orders correct! Additionally it was during a non-peak time and yet I had difficulty finding a parking space both times when I NEVER have that problem at any other McDonald's across the nation I have ever picked up from, including one's like this attached to gas stations!
