Solid sandwich place, and would recommend. The guy who came in before us came here a few times (probably on vacation).
Feedback: The three little pig sandwich? Good ingredients. I personally don’t like semi-crumbly bread—never have and never will. It’s a style that I would not elect. I actually recommend all of America to use Vietnamese banh mi bread (basically a French poboy bread but better). Secondly, I don’t like wet bbq sauce bc it’s usually overpowering and find it detracting. I would rather have it as a dipping sauce or none at all.
Cobb sandwich: with boiled egg, chicken, bacon etc. 4.5 star. I liked it and again, would choose a different bread. Just a personal preference
Potato salad: sub 3 star. The grocery store at City Market around the corner is better. The ingredients here are fine: they did a nicely boiled potato with the skin but didn’t mash it — rather served it in chunks. Flavoring? They used a hint of Cajun spice on top but that’s it? Growing up in Louisiana, I would have 10x the spice level and/or add white pepper plus diced up pickled radishes via-Korean-Chinese-Vietnamese style. That would give it a punch and a crunch.
Overall, I enjoyed it and would recommend others to try. If Subway is 2 stars, this place is easily double better than that franchise. Price? Everything is pricey in a vacation town but location, it’s a minute off the main drag. So anyone can...
Read moreAs a local, this owner is known for publicly misleading her menu and false advertising what is on the menu. She had a Banhi Mi listed and delivered a pulled pork sandwich. When given feedback privately about the food given she publicly posted the conversation and mocked and bullied myself on social media. She is known for getting aggressively defensive about her menu even though she false delivers and admits that she changes things to her advantage and uses the names of very loved and popular dishes known around the world, such as Banhi Mi sandwiches, charges huge margins and absolutely doesn’t deliver such. The sandwiches are basic with little to no effort and you will be paying for gourmet expectations. The food is decent but not worth and not what you expect and does not match the quality in which you pay. As a local I would go anywhere else...

We grabbed sandwiches to go for our adventure at Arches national park.
I had the turkey. He had the bbq chicken. Mine came with potato salad which was a mashed potato dish mixed with seasonings and chunks of potatoes. I normally don’t enjoy potato salad but this was a ten.
We ate them about three hours after they were prepared. We were so pleasantly surprised they were still dry & not soggy. The flavours were phenomenal honestly and it tasted and felt home made. Which when you’re on the road eating out a lot, was a welcome taste of home.
The shop operates like a to go counter. It has a cute retro fun colourful vibe. Staff is super friendly.
Didn’t take long to get our order.
We LOVED Bella’s deli and would return if...
