Redstone T-Shirt Company — Local services in Moab

I’m appalled with Redstone T-Shirt Company due to an incident where we let our child hold a stuffed animal that was laying around the store to console his crying, we were then told to purchase it because of a store policy, which was only stated in a back corner of the store (nowhere near where we grabbed the stuffed animal). The stuffed animals weren’t secured or out of reach, which seems like a setup for forced purchases. This experience has made me question the store’s practices.

Reading other reviews of this store has shown me this wasn’t a one time incident. As other reviewers posted their poor experiences, it appears that one man (Jon) is consistently exposed for his poor customer service and rude behavior. I tend to agree, as he (Jon) almost seemed excited to have enacted the stores unreasonable policy on us. He is either the owner, a power tripped old man, or both. He (Jon) should not have a job working in customer service. To add, these other reviewers posts have been responded to by the business owner, using arrogant words and phrases like “embarrassment” and “correcting children” in their responses.

I am not one to check google reviews before I go shopping at a store, but I wish I would have before stepping into Redstone...

This was our favorite store in Moab. And we went to many on Main Street. Two reasons for it being our favorite. First off we were warmly greeted by the lady and gentleman each time we came in. They were so nice and welcoming. You really felt like your business was appreciated. The second reason was because they had the most unique and different merchandise.

The first day I came in I fell in love with a handmade sweatshirt from Big Vista but had sticker price shock. But please know, they had beautiful merchandise in all price ranges. I just happened to love a more expensive sweatshirt. So I left but kept thinking about the sweatshirt. That night I realized I wouldn’t remember in a year what I paid for the shirt but I would be so glad I bought it. So I came back on day two and got my beautiful sweatshirt. And I LOVE it.

The shop is well organized and full of beautiful shirts, sweatshirts, hats, etc. There are also clearance racks at the back of the store with some great bargains. When we were there you could buy two items from the clearance racks and get one free.

I would definitely recommend you come in if you are looking for quality merchandise from a store that appreciates...

They have a great selection but they need to be more specific on the sale we thought all purple tagged items were 10 dollars but we were sadly mistaken when we found this shirt with a purple tag and was told this on is 41.50 but your sale sign says 10 dollars. They need to put the prices start at 10 dollars and raise depending on the shirt. Sadly, we didn't get said shirt, no shirt. however, cool is worth 40 dollars. I would never want to wear it. Picture of the sale sign to show the confusion. Does not state the prices for the shirt and tees from $10. Should state, starts at 10 dollars, but we weren't the only ones confused by this.
