Very rude and confrontational. Ask for the breakfast bagel with no sauce. It even said no sauce on the screen. I got it and it had sauce on so I went back through the drive-through And explained. Employee told me she never heard me say no sauce. I told her it was even on the screen she cut me off and told me to pull forward. At the window I said it’s OK. It’s no big deal mistakes happen and she told me a mistake did not happen because I never said that. Then she asked to see my receipt which they never gave me one. She glared at me the whole time told me to have a great day in a nasty condescending tone, and shut the window as I was speaking. I never raise my voice or got rude with her. I’ve worked in customer service and it can really suck. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything, but I have never had an employee be so nasty about a mistake THEY made. I actually, would have talked to a manager, but I think she was one. That shows how that place must be run This was my replacement It looks like there was bacon, but they picked it off. I will NEVER Go back to the McDonald’s on...
Read moreI don't normally review fast food places, because, well, its fast food. You get what you pay for and you go on your way. I've never had a bad experience, or even a noteworthy one until today. When I went through the drive thru it was pretty busy, lunch time and all. I was asked to pull to the side to wait for the rest of my food. No big deal, I've done it before. Ten minutes pass and my kids are getting antsy. So I go inside and explain to the manager what seemed to have happened. She quickly remade my order and apologized profusely, I told her I understood they were busy. I would have just happily went on my way with the rest of my order, but she went above and beyond and included some cards for free happy meals for the future. Awesome service today, most people would have just blow it off, she made me feel appreciated. Kudos to McDonald's for getting a good manager, I hope you...
Read moreEvery McDonald's I go to has the same problem. They don't listen and they are ingrained to sell you a burger with cheese on it no matter how many times you tell them you don't want any cheese. I order a quarter pound hamburger plain without cheese and they gave me a hamburger. I tell them I want a quarter pounder without cheese (I explain the concept of a burger and a bun) like I asked for and not a hamburger and then I get a quarter pounder with cheese. So finally after the third explanation of the concept a quarter pounder, the concept of a bare naked burger nothing on it in between a bun, I finally get a quarter pound hamburger at the price if a quarter pounder with cheese because their cash registers no longer are programmed to charge for anything but a burger with cheese. At least Burger King listens and gets it right...
