What a great experience. I used to take my family to this Moe's location every week about 10 years ago, but we eventually lost interest because the service fell off after a while. Well, we went back yesterday after a long hiatus, and what a great job everyone has done in returning it to its former glory! Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be in a great mood, and we quickly realized that while ordering our food, it was because everyone working there was genuinely happy. The portions were right on, not skimpy at all. In fact, not one single member of my family could finish their food because we were all stuffed. The restaurant was clean. There were plenty of clean tables to sit at. Everything was stocked (napkins, forks, straws, drink lids), including all flavors in the Coke Infinity machine (the one where you pick your flavors and all that). The salsa bar was clean and stocked. Everything looked exactly how it should. The food was better than I remember! I'm not kidding when I say the stack was amazing, and it spent a perfect amount of time on the grill to make the exposed cheese just a little crispy but not burnt at all. I'm thinking about a return trip as I describe it because everything really was amazing. While we ate, I noticed an employee just kind of cruise by checking the dining room. She didn't do the thing that you see sometimes where the manager is like, "Hi, how's everything going?" Which I'm fine with, but I did get the sense that she was just kind of perusing to make sure everyone was happy and they were. I really can't say enough about what a great atmosphere it was, and I wish I'd gotten a name to give credit to because they deserve it. The 3 girls that were working Friday night all deserve recognition for bringing back at least 4 old faithful customers. I highly recommend this Moe's. If you've never been there, you'll love it! If you're like me and you used to go there until you didn't love it so much anymore, you'll be happy to know they're back better than ever! I even saw a guy from Five Guys go there for dinner! If you can walk away from Five Guys to eat somewhere else; that says a lot about the place...
Read moreTerrible customer service and management! I will not be returning to this location again!! My boyfriend and I ate here on Monday 2.6 and my boyfriend got food poisoning and is still sick from eating his food. We go to this location quiet often and have never had any issues. I reported this in the Moe's app the day after and received and email from the Area Manager who kept telling me that my boyfriend DID NOT get food poisoning from this location, and it had to be what he ate 24-48hrs prior. As odd as it is we have eaten at Moe's 4 days in a row before he got sick, due to our schedules we don't eat breakfast and lunch and wait until dinner so we can eat together. The sense of sanitation measures did not seem important to the manager and or staff. The Area Manager proceeded to tell me that food borne illnesses do not happen over just 3 hours after ingesting food, my boyfriend's symptoms were stomach cramps and nausea just 1 hour after eating and after 3 hours he had chills, vomiting, diarrhea. He kept assuring me that they have safeguards to prevent against food borne illnesses and temperature logs that are updated via Bluetooth multiple times a day, but that's not the issue the issue is when I ordered the employee used the last of the white meat chicken in the tin my boyfriend then ordered after me and requested the white meat chicken as well, they employee then turned around and grab more chicken from a new batch and cut it up on the countertop and then placed it on his burrito. The only difference between my order and his was the chicken used, Guacamole, and Pico de Gallo. I also brought attention to the cleanliness of the store as far as the dust on the walls and ceiling, dirty backslash of toppings bar, the filthy drink station and wet floor cation signs that are always knocked over and laying on the floor. He then told me he would go to the location to investigate and provide details on his findings and came back and told he did not find anything that would have caused my boyfriend's illness. He wasn’t open to fixing the...
Read moreI think its time fof another Moes undercover boss. The food is still good but quality.freshness, chip fry taste vary too much between visits. Employees caught overcharging for menu. I ordered homewrecker includes Guac for $ 10.49. Employee stated prices had changed but werent yet posted. He upcharged for guac and adobo chicken putting my cost over $13. I called him on it and he took the " add ons" off the homewrecker displayed on register. He told me I cant sell it without the addons. He did agree to sell me the item as a regular adobo chicken but had to remove the guac. Whatever I never got the guac. I asked another employee for manager contact. He and I spoke. He agreed to an app credit and to have his employee bring me a guac. Just before I left the employee stopped by my table to acknowledge he spoke to mgr. I stated that mgr agreed to the guac. He nodded and disappeared into the kitchen. NO GUAC. Mgr and I spoke again. He does have new employees, apologized for guac, and asked me to follow up on any problems on future visits Take this as you wish....
