Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Monterey

After ordering a small pepperoni pizza and paying for it online, the Mountain Mike website said that I would recieve an email (which I provided) letting me know when my order had been received. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I still had not recieved an email. I assumed they were busy, and called. They told me my pizza was ready and waiting. I went to pick it up and politely asked the cashier and another employee if they had received my email. They said that we don't email customers, however I didn't recieve a call either that it was ready. When I told them that is what the website had said, they both seem surprised.They were both very polite, and the pizza tasty. However, how do you notify online customers that their order is ready? Also, I saw only 4 other customers in the restaurant; they were seated. Maybe management should clarify...

HEY MANAGEMENT! Walked here from hotel across the street just now walked through the front door at 9:15ish. Server greeted me with "Can I help you?" so I asked when you close, he kindly told me that you had "already closed". I chose the location because I could walk to it AND Google says you're open both on the large posting and when I look at your listed hours, AND that as I approached walking I couldn't help but notice the lit up OPEN sign, the front door propped open patio still well lit, it was very inviting. I called and placed an order to mountain mikes in seaside. I advised i had never eaten here before and wa ted advice. I told them it was a family of 5 for a pizza. They recommended large. I arrive to pickup my order to find out they have a larger size than large. I asked them why they didnt mention it and they didnt know what to respond. I then asked if they could substitute the large for the bigger, they flat said no. But you can add the larger pizza to your order.
